Smile Jillian's Girls Weigh-In (10/31-11/06)
So far we have lost 26 pounds! Whenever your weigh-in day is, if you're doing Jillian's program as seen in the book Winning by Losing, please let us know how you're doing.

Tell what you lost this weigh-in and what your total amount is and I'll update weekly.

I've lost 2 pounds to date and we'll see how much more (I hope!) I've lost on Saturday, my official weigh in date! Good job girls!

i would have been booted off the show with my nil weight loss!

you girls are all doing great. very impressive. hopefully my next weigh in will produce some numbers - going down mind you

RockerGirl - 1 pound is STILL 1 pound.... Though, I'd really love to see the scale just 'drop' (out of my window) I know it took longer than a few weeks to put it on.. so it will take longer than a few weeks to take it off. I hope you stick with it!

1lb down this week.

i honestly did not expect much more as I had a more than average week with my eating. all i can do is start again fresh the next day - and that is what i plan to do.

daisy: I had the same kind of week, and tomorrow I'm not sure if I'll have lost a thing, but you're right... starting anew tomorrow with food.

I weighed in the same as last week yesterday, BUT this is good news because I started my period yesterday. I usually gain 3 pounds minimum with it so am expecting the scale to be very good to me next week.

Another pound lost, I wish it was 2 but I know I screwed up earlier in the week twice on my 1200 calorie days.. It's STILL a pound though!!
