dinner - was having garlic pork loin with squash mash but burnt the pork beyond recognition while mashing the squash..so ended up giving the dog the blackend pork and just ate the squash i later had 2 slices of chicken deli lunch meat tomatoe slices and half of a normal tortilla with mayo.. still hungry, would love some nice hot soup but i think that half of tortilla pretty much used up all my carb allowance... i'll just drink more peppermint tea i guess!

Brekkie - 1 boiled egg and tea
Lunch - Subways turkey wrap
Dinner - beef goulosh
extras - 1/4 cup of milk, 1 small jar of olives, 2 LC cholate bars (3.6 carbs each).
Still deciding if I want to have some wine...its friday after all!!!
2 eggs
Walked out w/o my lunch, so I got the safest thing I could think of - chef salad, which had mixed greens, cheese, ham, turkey and bacon.
Dinner out w/the girls tonight, and we ended up at Cracker Barrel! They have a low-carb section on their menu, and since it IS Friday night, I had a steak, green beans, and more salad.
I ate out twice in one day and did OK I think, certainly better than before. Looking back, I'm surprised that that's all I ate today, it seemed like I chowed down - weird, huh?

Today we went out to a really nice place for lunch and thought I was making a good choice with the sirloin steak and salad but when It was brought to me the salad was covered in a sweet orange dressing, so i didnt eat it and the steak had a sweet whiskey sauce on it which was delicious but i have no way to know how many carbs were in it, the sauce didnt really taste like sugar was added it just tasted of a creamy sauce with a hint of whisky in it. the salad as soon as i tasted it i knew it had sugar in the dressing so i didnt eat any of the salad.
brekkie - peppermint tea
lunch - sirloin steak with cream of whisky sauce
dinner - baked butter basted chicken breast and 1/2 of a butternut squash
feel alittle worried about that whisky sauce..even more worried since tomorrow is my week 2 weigh in!!!! fingers crossed!!!!
