I lost 1 kilo - 2.2 pounds... I gain over the weekend and we don't even celebrate halloween here in Oz :D

Okay, not great, especially since I saw the 180's for a while there...but count me for 2.5 pounds lost. I'm at 192.5 as of this morning. :dunno:
