Leenie:  glad you like the avatar...it sums up how I'm feeling perfectly!!
Lacey: Holy catfish!!! Ok, first it was rude of them to not speak English. 2nd I give you kudo's for not knocking her on her butt for being rude AND also for giving her a tip. I do suggest that you contact the store and talk to either the owner or at leat the manager and point out the rude treatment. As I tell DH....if someone doesn't complain how are they going to realise what's going on (ok, sometimes they know and don't do a thing about it...but someone has to complain anyway!). And don't worry about the small drink!! HUGE hug and don't even give them another thought--they're not worth it!
Sarah:
Robin: You know, glad you mentioned supplements because I to had been on some when I first started this. I might just have to see if I can find them again and see if they'll help me. I can manage during the week but the weekend kills me. And I used to be ablet to get through the weekends before also.
As you can all tell, I didn't do well this weekend. So it's back to the drawing board. I need to seriously quit doing that before I've totally undone any progress I've made since starting Atkins. Yup, I see it happening slowly and it's disgusting me. You'd think THAT would keep me on track. So the next "problem" I have is DH and my anniversary. And then Thanksgiving and then a wedding. That's it for November. lol. So I'm going to shoot for staying OP those days (well, all except Thanksgiving) but will not beat myself up if I don't. The rest of the time (weekends included) I'm going to be OP!!! That's my plan.
I broke the chat up a little. Instead of dailies maybe we could try a week day one and then a weekend one???

Morning to ALL!!!
Happy Halloween!! Brenda, <<HUGS!!>> You aren't the only one that fell off the wagon...man I crashed and burned. I have never had a problem w/being good on the weekends before but for some reason I did the last 2 weekends. I think a lot of it has to do w/dd b-day parties last weekend and this weekend was LOTS OF STRESS because I talked w/my parents on what I wanted and needed from them. I STOOD UP FOR MYSELF!!! My counseling worked chickies!! What I wanted and needed finally came through and man the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders and I am sooooo happy and FREE!! I think tomorrow may be one of my last counseling sessions. I am starting induction today. Actually I'm not eating today except supper because I just BLEW it this weekend. Can you say here piggie piggie....that was me. I have focus now and am gonna do good!!
Have a good day chickies and stay OP!!

Good Morning :coffee:
Its 10:25 and so far so good :dizzy:
Im going to make up my grocery list today, my supplement list too, then do some shopping this afternoon.
Anyone up for a "Merry Christmas to me" challenge? Started tomorrow (Nov 1) ? Ive got the details bouncing around in my head.
Brenda~ That just might be what is missing, dont you think? Im hoping thats the ingredient thats missing.
Bec~ good for you, Im glad things are a bit lighter for you.
Have a great day everyone!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
Robin - I'm definately up for a Christmas challenge! I think part of my problem is that I don't set any goals. With no goals to try to attain, I just kind of let myself blow it and there are no concequences. This is such a difficult time of year to be trying to lose weight anyway (with all the holidays), I'm sure the goals would help alot. Give us the details!
Bec - Congrats for standing up for yourself and "freeing" yourself! That's a big deal! (Maybe I should see your therapist! ;) )
Brenda - I know what you mean about undoing all the progress you've made, I'm doing the same thing and its killing me!!! I keep wondering what is wrong with me that I would sabotage myself like this...?
Have a great day everyone and stay away from that Halloween candy!!!! ;)

Bec: WTG on standing up for yourself! I sure have a hard time doing that. Glad things worked out!! And NOT eating isn't any good either. You have to eat a little bit at least!!
Robin: Sure, let's get a challenge going. But how about a shorter-range one to start with. Like Thanksgiving. Dang, that means I'll have to be good for our anniversary! lol. I should check out the supplements too. Thanks again for mentioning it!!
Sarah: Yup, self sabotage. It's like I can't allow myself to be skinny for some reason. Weird, huh? Sounds like we're having the same problem!!
Ok....don't forget the WATER intake (along with staying away from candy). I didn't buy any candy I like so have no temptation on that one. rofl

Hola
I did it I weighed myself. ARGHHHHH! 40lbs in the last 9 months. This is not bueno! I am officially at the heaviest i've ever been. I'm so frustrated, but this dancing carrot is cheering me up a bit. :carrot: Anyhow, locarb worked for me a few years ago and now i'm giving it another whirl. Wish me luck.
Hello ladies!!!!! Did you miss me or what????? I can't really say it's good to be home because I had to leave DH behind, but I'm looking forward to Christmas for the best reason ever this year...for my family to be together. I totally bombed all weekend, it's so hard to travel and eat well. Good news is that I didn't gain anything...no loss....but no gain! And can I tell you how damn fine he looks now???? He's lost about 25 lbs himself and I never realized I had a thing for men in uniform until this weekend LOL. Hope we've had some big losses while I've been away!

Oh, I forgot to tell you. My DH not only noticed that I'd lost weight, but for the first time ever he told me how proud he was of me for wanting to do something and sticking with it. He also told me that he was proud of me for keeping out family running straight with him gone, but the weight loss one is the one that mattered the most to me because it's something that I myself had complete control over. Yippeeee!

Audrey: Congrats on not gaining! And glad you had a great visit and it sounds like he gave you GREAT kudo's!! Now get back on program young lady :coach: lol. (I know, who am I to talk).
The more I think about it...the more I like the idea of a challenge. How about we do a Thanksgiving and then a Christmas one?? I want to at least lose 5 pounds by Thanksgiving. One would think it'd be doable. lol

Robin: The Christmas gift goal is a RAD idea!!! I love it!! I'm trying to think of what gift to get myself which is weird because I'm always the one at Christmas who usually unwraps nothing. This year will be different though! :carrot:
Insekur: Welcome to the group! I hope you love it here as much as I do! TONS of inspiration and encouragement. It doesn't get better than the fat chicks forum, I'm tellin ya!
My day was weird too. But now I am home, making chicken and dumplings (my daughters fave) and we're going to make some caramel apples. And I won't be touching any of it but enjoying the time with the girls :) Have a safe evening everyone!!

Ah girl, I didn't mean to make anybody cry! Believe me, it's not easy. I couldn't get any words out when I left him yesterday, he said goodbye, and I turned to walk away so he wouldn't see me cry. I know it's hard enough on him without knowing that it's tearing me apart. Losing weight I guess you could say has been my project so to speak since he's been gone.
So, who cheated and ate some candy tonight???? I had one bite size Milky Way...they are EVIL!

Lacey: How'd you do with the chicken & dumplings and caramel apples??
Audrey: You're a stronger woman than me--I couldn't do it!! It's men like your DH and wives like you that make this country great!!
I did good yesterday. But wasn't thinking and ate a couple apples. So that'll have to change today. I also didn't get all my water in. Not sure what my problem was. Well, it was the furnace. See, it won't work. So now the problem is fixing vs getting a new one. Ours is 13 years old and on it's last legs and not sure I want to put more money into it. Not when there's more energy efficient ones out there--and with the price of fuel?? We could use the lower gas bills! So that's my dilema right now. Going shopping w/my mom today so I'll be OP just might not get enough water in. Still trying to figure out if I can join the Christmas challenge. I stink at those things!!
Hope everyone has a great day!!

OH!! Not sure if had mentioned this but about a month ago oldest DD fell into a thorn bush and I had to take her to the ER. Well, it kept getting infected so I took her to the DR yesterday....and he froze it, slit it open and proceeded to take out TWO more pieces of the thorn!! So that means if they'd have done that in the ER it would have been healed by now!! GRRRRR!!!!!!!!

Morning All~ Hope everyone survived Halloween good. I know I did okay, only had a mini bag of Reese's Pieces. Did okay food wise had 2 mozzarella sticks, 3 mushrooms, 2 hot dogs w/chili sauce and cheese slices on whole grain bread, 1 c. green beans, 2 glasses of apple cider and 64 ozs. of water. 30 mins. of walking w/the kids trick-or-treating. Okay, food was HORRIBLE now looking back at that. Today is gonna be much better. I put my food for today down in the Christmas Gift forum.
Robin~What a GREAT idea about the Christmas gift to me. In a lot of ways for me the gift will be just losing the weight, but I love the idea. I shot for the moon and my goals are high, but even if I miss, I will land among the stars!! Sorry you had a bad day yesterday, did the walk help?? I hope so. Keep your head high!!!
Insekur~You are right, you CAN DO THIS and DO THIS YOU WILL!!! We are gonna cheer you on and be the support you need!!! Glad you are here w/us!!
Audrey~Glad you and the hubby had a GREAT time and that reaction is awesome!! I am so proud of you for doing what you are doing for you, your family, your husband and our country!! There aren't many like you around and I hope you know that not only am I proud of your hubby and what HE is doing for his country but for what YOU are doing for YOUR country!!! You are a very strong and determined woman and that is shown by how you have gone about losing the weight and staying as OP as possible! You and your family are true heros!!! Keep up the great work and keep being the WONDERFUL woman you are!!!
Lacey~Yummy....chicken n' dumplings. My dh's fave also. I don't know how to make them though and his g'ma that used to make them just passed away this past summer so I won't ever learn from the 'pro'. Glad you looked at making all that yummy food as not being something to eat, but time you got to spend w/your girls!!! What a great way to look at that. Hope it went well and that you all made a WONDERFUL memory together!!
Brenda~I think you are on the right path w/just getting a new furnace, especially w/what gas prices are right now. They have come down almost 40 cents/gallon where I live though in the last week or two. VERY SURPRISING!!! Today is gonna be a good day for you!! Shopping w/your mom...look at all the exercise you will be getting in!!! Try carrying a water bottle w/you or putting one in the car to drink from when you get back in the car. Get like a BIG one, 32 ozs??? Sorry to hear about your dd, if you told us...I don't remember and I'm sorry about that. Glad to hear that the dr. took care of it though!! I know that the ER probably should have gotten it out, but maybe it was to far in or to much 'trauma' to the area. I was in a car accident 6 years ago and I am just now starting to have glass and plastic pieces come to the surface and 'come' out. They just couldn't get it all then. I don't know if that is why they didn't get out then, but just a possibilty. About the apples, yeah, maybe not a good choice but a MUCH better choice than candy!! :)
Well have a great & OP day chickies!!

Mornin' girls!!
I ate no candy, no caramel apples and only a bitty piece of chicken out of the soup to make sure it tasted okay :D
Brenda: Sorry you had to take her back in, but glad it's all taken care of. She'll feel so much better without all that infection going on. (Good luck with the furnace, I bet you'll end up really liking it this winter)
Bec: I don't know how to make them either but when I do make them I get raves, all I do is stick 4 chicken breasts in a huge pot of water, boil it for a couple of hours while adding pepper and salt and then I tear some thawed, pre-made hot rolls into little pieces and drop 'em in and then cook it for another hour or two :D Super Simple. Probably not as good as grandmas but it works for me
I'm thinking I need to go set my goal weight for christmas higher. The way it was set was that I wanted to lose 30 pounds in 2 months, and I honestly don't think I can lose it that fast at the rate I've been going (10 pounds a month).

Well, I hit halfway this morning! I haven't been on "the diet" for a week now, but I somehow still lost 2 pounds! Time to get back on track. For some reason it's so easy not to cheat until you do and then it's hard to keep on track.

Ahh the first of the month! Nothing like a new beginning on the first of the month. I was only semi-naughty last night. No not like that, i'm talking about candy! I had one half of a full sized KitKat and one half of a full sized Hershey Bar. I guess it could have been worse, I could have eaten the whole bars!
I had film class last night and we watched The Haunting which was made in the 60's and though there is no blood guts or Jason, it was very scary! At least to me. My man is in that class with me so we're able to watch a movie together every Monday night, like a lil date.
Anyway hope all is well!

Hello all! I drank this weekend at the NASCAR race. Southern Hospitality must be set aside on the week of the race, cause Atlanta and surrounding areas have much to be desired in the Clean, Polite and Helpful catagories! We had bad service everywhere.. not to mention our hotel stunk like Cheech and Chong just smoked one up before we walked .. and.. the wall paper was all peeling off the walls in the bathroom! That was in Griffin Ga.. but Applebees forgot my hubbys dinner all together and.. well our rental car from Dollar was a JALOPY! We shimmied everywhere we went..
I was pretty good except for the cappachinos in the Airport on Friday and Monday!
I need to keep loosing so I can look good for Tony Stewart.. He is so cute.. I don't want to go into detail of what I would love to do to him! GOOD LORD! HE IS FINE!
Hope all is well! Keep Up the Loosing!
PS, I would be interested in the Christmas thinger, I would be pissed about the thorn thing and do a little yelling at the er and.. I hope you had a good time with your hubby! I would not know what to do if I could not have my hubby around! Your a strong gal! and last but not least.. If I can lose weight on low carb anyone can!

the crap news is that they won't go over my HUMONGO rear. :o
so...I have something to strive for...getting into the cute ebay jeans that I spent twenty five bucks for
all I've eaten today is a shake this morning and a piece of celery with peanut butter while typing this...I've got my dd's basketball game to go to this evening and just got my hair cut...will TRY to eat a little something when I get home but will guzzle the water in the meantime.
I wish I could take you all with me to the game. I just HATE being the fat mom that sits in the bleachers by herself.:snooty: At least my hair will look nice while I'm sitting there. :ink:

Ugh, poor hubby. I talked to him last night and he got somehow skipped over when they were doing class rosters, so he's stuck doing yard work for the next week until there are enough people to make another class. Which means it prolongs his time in AIT. He was all gung-ho while we were there, but he said the minute Gillian and I walked out the door an overwhelming feeling came over him. Now all he wants to do is come home. Poor guy.
Starting back up full fledged on the diet today. I have to lose a few more before I see him again. I want all his battle buddies to be jealous that his wife is such a HOTTIE!!!!

Hello ladies,
Oh my gosh - I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm soooooo tired. I fell asleep at 7:30 last night and didn't get up til 8:15 this morning. And I'm really struggling to stay awake. It was like that yesterday too. Yesterday I had a killer headache from carb withdrawl I guess and I broke down and ate 4 pieces of Halloween candy I pilfered from my kids' treat bag. Other than that though, eating, water and exercise was good.
Insekur - I'm in Lake Arrowhead, CA (the mountains above San Bernardino).
So, so tired...

Well it's another lover day in Long Beach. Just wanted to drop in and say hi, hope all is well with all you other locarbettes. Just curious, does anyone know how much weight i can expect to lose on induction in the next two weeks?
Just from personal experience: I lost 14 lbs. on induction (most was water) and have lost 10 lbs a month so far. If you set the goal of 40 lbs, that'd have to be 20 lbs a month, 5 lbs a week....that's pretty fast...maybe some of the more 'atkins experienced' chicks can advise :)
Lacey
RobinW
11-02-2005, 04:51 PM
insekur~ when I do strict atkins, I usually loose between 11 & 18 lbs those 2 weeks. Then even when I stay on induction it usually slows down to between 1 & 3 lbs a week, and thats with exercise. I think 40 by christmas is high....after your first 2weeks, count on 2lbs a week as a reasonable goal.
Sarah~ Im tired today too!! Im ready to go lay down, for me, its all withdrawals!! If your not having withdrawals, and your about 3ish weeks into atkins, it could be your body switching over to fat burning mode. This always makes me dead tired for about a week, then I have more energy than I know what to do with.
I finally found my shoes!!!!!!!!! I dont understand when a size sells out fast why they dont carry more of that size!!! If your a size 11, you better be there when the shipment comes in or you loose out! Well, anyway, I have my new shoes...so I can go walking in my bright white reeboks, and you know, having new shoes makes you lose weight faster!! :lol3:

LOL! Ok, Robin, I better go out and get me some new shoes!
Hello *waves* to everyone. I'm alive. Not eating too well. Not fitting in exercise. Kinda maintaining but up 4 lbs from where I would like to be (well, actually, up 15 lbs. from where I would LIKE to be but let's not start living in Fantasyland, k?) I'm stuck in a kinda 'blah' place in my life right now. Nothing is earthshatteringly horrible but it just kinda just flows along, nothing new and exciting, SSDD. You know the drill. I've procrastinated on household stuff around here and now the tasks are big and ugly and I just CAN'T seem to jumpstart myself into tackling them. Lists - maybe I need to start with some small, do-able lists......
SH is living up to his name, as usual. Hadn't seen the boys for 6 months and then has 'meetings' with them this weekend to inform them he is taking me to court to make me sell the house - he doesn't want to wait the 2 1/2 years until the Cody graduates, even tho he knows how much the boys want to stay here, the only house they've known, until they go off to college. *sigh* I see more lawyer costs in my future.
Melis is doing GREAT at Art school in SF, tho! She is in her 2nd year and pulling As and a few Bs. My kids (and our dogs) are the bright, shiney part of my life! Love them to peices and we have soooo much fun together!
Dating sucks (I beleive you asked a while back, huh, Robin?) - there sure are plenty of frogs out there and I must be working my way thru them (I'm NOT kissing all of them, tho, silly!) The hunky baseball dad is still hanging around but can't seem to work thru his family drama (baby is almost 8 months now) enough yet. Man, I sure fell for him hard tho. Maybe that is why I'm catching all the frogs now? I just looking for that SPARK that was (is?) there with the guy that WOKE me up at 45?
Ok - gotta run and fix some dinner. Sorry this is so long. I will try to check in more often and personalize the next post. You all are doing great and are such an inspiration to me!

Insekur: I lost about 12 pounds in 2 weeks. I wouldn't try to lose weight too fast though. The easier you lose it the easier it is to put it back on!! Slow and steady wins the race as they say!
Sarah: Coming off carbs has made me tired also. Goes with the headache with me. Tough it out and I bet you'll feel better in a couple more days!!
Lacey:
Robin: Congrats on finding the shoes!! And if new shoes makes you lose weight faster I need to run out and buy a pair
Kel: Nice to see you again. Sorry to hear about SH! Hopefully he wakes up and realizes the kids need to come first! I hear you on letting things slide around and now it being a monumental job instead of a fast one. I've kind of let the same thing happen and now it's like "ok, it'll take all YEAR to get this place cleaned again." lol. I've kind of given up on the task
Well, our furnace is in. They stayed until after 8:00 PM last night to install it. They wanted to make sure we had heat for when/if it gets cold out again. Dang, it's supposed to be in the 60's today and it's NOVEMBER!!! This weather if very odd. We need some cold weather otherwise DH is going to say "I KNEW we should have just fixed the old furnace." Today maybe I'll attempt to do some cleaning  I also need to get my water intake in. Did WI yesterday--no gain & no loss. So that's ok with me (for now). It's nice not to have a gain!!!

I was starting to look for a dog :lol3: I decided to give it up, get a dog, because the dog would always be there, and would never break my heart. I never did get the dog....even though you have your wonderful dogs...dont give up just yet. He's out there, and probably in a very unlikely place. He'll find you :)
Lacey~ can you get him to cook some new l/c recipes instead?
Yesterday was a tough day food wise. I wanted to eat all day! So I think I"ll start today with eggs rather than my shake. See if that makes a difference for today anyway. Ive picked up some of the supplements I had been taking before, and few new ones, to deal with hormone levels. Some months, I seriously feel like Im going crazy, and I know its hormones, and food related. So then I should know better, eat properly and exercise to keep them on a better level.
Thats it for around here....have a great day ladies!

Lacey: Good luck staying OP while DH is home. You're at least lucky he likes to cook!
Robin: what are you taking for the hormones? I ask because mine are whacky all over the place. I haven't even gone looking for mine yet. I used to take the Atkins Advantage and it used to kill my appetite and make it so I wasn't "snacky" if you know what I mean? I have to hunt for it now.
Well, I need to work on the water. I got a little in but need to chugalug to get the rest in today. I did a little bit of weight lifting (arm curls, etc) but not a whole heck of a lot. It bothers my shoulder. But I'll be walking with "The Girls" (ladies from a class I'm in at church) today but not sure how far. I DID get the dining room straightened up and set up a schedule to follow. Maybe THAT'LL help get this house in shape again  off to go drink more water

Brenda~ Im taking saw palmetto, & chaste tree for the hormones. Saw palmetto is very strongly advertised for men to promote prostrate health. But I have pcos, and too much testosterone and androgens, so this stuff, helps me regulate it....slows down the production of it for me. The chaste tree...here is the "cut and paste from a site I found about it"......An imbalance of estrogen and progesterone has also been associated with premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Symptoms appear seven to ten days before the beginning of menstruation, and cease once the cycle begins. Physical symptoms include painful breasts, abdominal discomfort and fullness, flatulence, edema (especially of the lower extremities, as well as the hands and the face), and headache. Mental symptoms may include mood swings, nervous irritability, depression, restlessness, and aggressiveness. It is estimated that between 5 and 30% of women may be affected by PMS. Therapeutic choices by health care professionals are based on severity of symptoms. In severe cases, the treatment is likely to be steroidal hormones. In Europe, however, gynecologists have another choice, preparations made from the fruits of the chaste tree.......for me, I can be 1week pms....and at its worst, 3weeks!! So Im hoping this will help a bit.
Chromium and bidalberry round it out, both to regulate insulin sensitivity.

It's a good day today :) There's left over cake in the kitchen at work, but now that it's been picked over, it's not nearly so tempting as it was yesterday. I sat w/my back to it when I ate lunch so I wouldn't have to look at it, but it still whispered to me hehehe.
The girls want to go out to dinner tomorrow, a real challenge for me, since 1) they're my eating buddies, and 2) I have a hard time making good choices in restaurants. They decided to pick someplace "healthy", since they want to support me. They chose Stir Fry Cafe, a new one just opened nearby and they want to try it. O. M. G. - there is nothing on the menu that I can eat. Well, maybe egg drop soup and hot wings, but I dunno about those. Check out the menu http://www.tndirectory.com/stirfry/ can you see anything I can eat for dinner???
Todays Fabulous Food Choices (so far)
2 eggs
1 whole grain low carb tortilla (5 g - eeek)
left over sliced chicken
.5 c spinach
2 T sour cream w/chili powder, cumin & pepper added
1 oz cheese
cilantro leaves
36 oz of water so far
Robin, are you in perimenopause? If so, I recommend black cohosh suppliments. They seem to help regulate the hormone fluctuations, less weeping, crabbiness, and the "EAT" switch isn't turned on all the time since I started taking them. Also, have the Dr. check your iron level next visit, low iron can do some wonky things to you that are sometimes confused w/hormone reaction.
Make it a great Thursday everyone!!!

the Tai Teryiaki chicken salad looks good, it they can leave off any teryiaki sauce they might pour over the chicken. But I think your safest with the hotwings, and soup. :( Not much choice in there....watch for hidden sugars in the food...that will mess you up too.
yup, Im perimenopausal :( I had tried the black cohash a couple years ago, but I found it caused me to cramp up pretty bad. Enough for me to be concerned about taking it. But your right, it certainly helped with the mood swings, and it did seem to help in other depts. Id love to have the "eat" switch turned OFF!!! Hopefully getting the hormones in check will help with that.
Well, I just got back from a walk with dh, and my new white shoes! There is something wrong with them. This is the second pair of these shoes that make my knee horribly sore, and make my feet fall asleep. Ive been wearing this make and brand of shoe for a good 15 yrs. But they seem to have changed them, and what ever they did, messes up my legs and feet. I put on any of my old shoes, and Im fine, except Ive literaly walked the soles off them. They are now my garden shoes. So I called the store and I can return them, but I am NOT looking forward to trying to find a new pair of shoes that I will love! :(

Robin: Thanks for the info. Can you get that at a Wal-mart or does it have to be like at a health food store?? Sorry to hear about the shoes. If they're like other companies they've gone to new manufacturers and so aren't as well put together as before. Glad you can return them!!
TN: Congrats on passing on the cake! You've got AWESOME willpower!! Keep up the great work!
Audrey: Don't sweat it! The worst thing you can do is dwell on the mistakes. Believe me...I've gone through that one! Just pick yourself up and say I will START AGAIN :) You're doing great and have excellent results!! Keep up the great work and just remember: DH will just FLIP when he sees you next ;)
Well, the pumpkin candy corn got to me last night. Just JUMPED right into my mouth!! I swear I couldn't do a THING to stop them! Ok, damage done and onto starting fresh! I DID exercise yesterday (1 WATP mile and a 1/2 hour of walking with "the ladies". Not sure how far we actually walked because, once again, I forgot the pedometer! lol). And today I have to feed the deer, do a little shopping and clean a little. Then hopefully I can have time to exercise again. Even though my hips are a little sore I still want to do it. I went to bed last night and the "energy" was popping back in (I could tell because I couldn't keep my feet still!!) so that's a good sign! Even with the candy corn I think I'll be ok. I got my water in yesterday so that's another good start!!! Was thinking how good a salad, steamed veggies and a steak on our anniversary sounds. Sounds better than deep fried shrimp and french fries (can't believe I said that!!). I've been SO hungry for steamed veggies!

Good Morning :sunny:
Brenda~ those little buggers can jump high cant they? You can get the saw palmetto at walmart, and chromium, but I dont know about chaste tree. I got mine at vitamin warehouse because they were having a buy one get one sale. So I have enough to do me a year now
Audrey~ dont sweat it, you have a new goal!
Well, there must be something in the air, I had peanuts doing the same thing Brenda's candy corn was doing! :dunno: But I think it was a good thing, because even with all the fibre Ive been eating, the peanuts seemed to get things moving pretty good last night ;) if you know what I mean!!
Ive been having alot of trouble sleeping the last 2 nights, lots of tossing and turning...and my internal furnace was on overdrive!! Drove dh crazy with the blankets :lol3:
Im not going to beat myself up about the peanuts, Im good, and eating right today!
Have a great op day ladies

Robin: I would have rather have the peanut than the candy corn jump! Oh well, done and over, right? Glad to hear the fibre was working :lol3:
I didn't get any exercise in except walking to feed the deer. I also bought some Slim Fast shakes. How come the LC ones are more expensive than the "regular" ones? jeesh!! There's one in the fridge if I get a chocolate attack. Then again, I might just heat one up to see if it tastes good that way! Need to get my water intake in today. I'm not even close!!
Does anyone have anything interesting going on this weekend???
