Woohoo, go Dana! I'm down 3 pounds. I'm thrilled!

I'm down 3.5 pounds... :) WAHOO!!!
10-31-2005, 11:36 AM
I haven't officially weighed in for a while. For the past few weeks the weight loss has been slow (because I haven't done what I need to do). I'm now at 376, which is only a 4 pound loss in 3 weeks.
I'm nearing a 30 pound total loss since my return to 3fc. Not too shabby, but it could have been better!
10-31-2005, 12:21 PM
WOW Dana! That's amazing. COngratulations!
I have an average .5 gain for the week -- partly due to TOM, partly due to not exercising 2 days because I fell and hurt my back and wanted to rest it, and partly due to -- believe it or not -- the 1/2 glass of wine I had last night -- always a weight kicker-upper.
Or maybe those are all things I tell myself so as not to be too bummed.

Good Morning All!
I am so happy to report that I'm down 4.6 pounds since my last weigh in!!
I am sooooooo happy! It was a turning point for me! I was considering not going to my WW meeting. But a small, NAGGING voice told me to don't give up!
You guys did GREAT!!
Lets ROCK IT this week!
10-31-2005, 01:49 PM
WTG on all the losses everyone and Paula you know that weight will come right back off. I'm back to 268.5, after an 8 pound gain from TOM last week so I'm happy. I'm sure had I been more disciplined with my exercise this weekend I could've seen a loss but it will come in due time. :)

I'm down .5lb. I guess I'm getting frustrated. In the month of October I've lost 4 lbs. thats it 4 whole pounds. I'm even exercising everyday for 30-45 minutes (step arobics) I'm following WW like crazy staying with in my point range, I'm drinking so much water the bathroom has become my new best friend. ugh.....just one of those days I guess. not giving up keep doing what I'm doing

Some great loses this week. Dana that is awesome. Keep up the good work.
unheardkoala 4 lbs in October is wonderful. Just keep at it. Slow is hard but you will get there.
11-01-2005, 08:22 AM
Wow everyone - great losses! Looks like we've made it over last week's slump! I'm down 3 this week.
11-01-2005, 12:32 PM
Wow, everybody!! Great job! Some awesome losses there, and four pounds in a month is something to be very proud of. :)
11-01-2005, 03:57 PM
4 lbs gone so there stinkin' plateau! ;)
Total loss for the month of October: 4 lbs
Number of plateaus butts kicked: 1
Knowing I only have 66 lbs left until goal: Priceless!!
11-01-2005, 04:05 PM
Awesome, Laura and everyone!!!

WTG everyone. After a hiatus from my scale I stepped on yesterday to find I was the same. Not sure how to interpret that. I was struggling for a couple weeks and then had a really good week last week until Sunday. Could be I gained then lost with no net change? Ah well, the hazards of the scale. Trying to stay focused. Keep it up everyone. :grouphug:

Well it's not my regular weigh in day today (mine is Thursday) but I'm getting back on the wagon and need to post a re-starting point.
I don't really feel like I'm re starting per Se, but I am getting going again.
For the entire month of October, I have a net loss of ONE stinking little pound. I was doing better at the beginning of the month....wandered off the path and now have a two pound GAIN to report.
This is the first time I'll have to change my ticker in an upward direction since beginning this journey in April.
I'm very thankful, however, that I'm managing to pick myself up after a two pound gain and not a 40-50 pound one! :) I suppose that's something to be proud of?
Normally, in the past, I would have completely given up on myself after even a day or two of screwing up. I'll think I'll focus on that train of thought over the next few days while my spoiled body gets used to being treated properly again.
I actually have been feeling really crappy physically for the past few days of eating garbage...AND have had a few hives and skin irritations that I never even realized had gone away until they started again. Does anyone have similar skin issues when eating badly?
SO sorry for the BOOK
Ready to start again.
Love you guys!

Great losses, chickies!
I didn't WI yesterday because I'm away from home, but I'm certain I haven't dropped any pounds. I'm also down a mere pound for the whole month of October. Heh, a pound is a pound, right? :)
My skin is always in poor condition at this time of year, Linda. The low humidity coupled with the heating dries it out no end. My hair and nails suffer too. :( I've never really noticed that my eating makes a difference other than when I drop my fat intake too much. Then my skin and hair suffer badly.

congrats all you losers!!! Shannon, Barb, Yvette, Dawnyal, unheardkoala, Dee and Laura (you are too funny) - and everyone else. You guys rock!!
11-02-2005, 04:36 PM
WTG everyone! I didn't realize that I never posted. I stayed the same AGAIN!
Now, I know I've been eating more than normal, and I've been under a lot of stress, so I'm willing to accept it. I'm sooo glad to be out of the month of October!
Here's to moving onward and downward!
Have a great week everyone!
11-04-2005, 03:40 AM
I was down 1 pound this morning... it's a start (seeing as I've gained a few since my last weigh in!)
11-04-2005, 02:06 PM
Good job Aimee.
My Monday night freak out gave me a 2 lb gain for this week. Back on track and it will be off by next week so all is well.
11-04-2005, 03:02 PM
I lost this week - I'm so excited to see a good loss! The scale was teetering between 203-204 so I went with a solid 204, a 2 pound loss. OH, thank God.
11-04-2005, 03:08 PM
Good for you babe that is awesome.
11-04-2005, 03:48 PM
Yeah Kimberley. That is awesome. Good for you for sticking it out. Howie-- you know what caused your gain and you have moved on from it and I have no doubt you will lose weight next week.
11-04-2005, 03:49 PM
Finally, I broke through! I nrealy fainted at my weigh in last night and the scale showed I was down 5.5 lbs! Yay for me! :carrot: :woo:
11-04-2005, 04:07 PM
Wow, Carol, that's something! Thanks, Dawnyal. :)
11-04-2005, 04:15 PM
Thanks Kimberly :D
11-05-2005, 10:21 AM
I lost 5.5 lbs last week- still don't know how and then I gained 1.2 lbs this week.
I'm very bloatey and pms'y today. Kinda *****y feeling soooo we all know what that means!
I'm not too upset - I looked at my weight loss book and 4 weeks ago I have a .4 gain so it looks like a pattern. I know part of it is on my though for my eating this week. I stayed within points most of the days.
