Mel 10-29-2005, 03:04 PM What are you trying to figure out? Why would you want to add these numbers? If you want to figure out how much body fat you've lost as a percent, subtract 21.9 from 28.3. Your body fat is now lower by 6.4%. What was the total number of pounds that you lost? That will tell you how much fat vs. lean mass you are losing. Mel andreaphilip3 10-29-2005, 03:43 PM ok i get it now.....no wonder i was gettin mixed up! lol. anyway, thanks for the help. vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
