SBD Frequently Asked Questions - Rolled Oats???

Hey All: Quickie Question... Are Rolled Oats (like Quaker Oats) OK in Phase2 - I saw something about steel cut oats? and also whole oats - Not sure if Rolled Oats are the same thing? Thanks for your help!

You need to get the Quaker old-fashioned rolled oats - not the Instant, Minute or Quick varieties which are too processed.
