Can someone please give a brief overview of the plan. I stopped into a center today, but the weight was going to be too long to see someone. I plan on going back to learn about the program, but when I was leaving someone was paying over $600. I must admit the price scared me a bit, but since I know nothing about LAWL, I can't make an informed decision.

Any info. you can share (since I know nothing) would be appreciated.

I would also check out the journal thread where some post their eating plans for the day. It might help you get an idea of the kinds of plans available, foods allowed, and give you a feel for whether you can eat like this!

Also wanted to add - when I was at the center last week, a counselor was giving plan details over the phone - so you can try to call them! Even if they're busy, they'll call you back.
