Glad to have you with us...hope you find this a warm, welcoming place and that you really enjoy SBD. It's been a godsend for me!
Make sure you read the book before you start. You'll find lots of updates in the FAQ, especially for Phase 1 (things you can have, have been added since the hardback book came out...some are in the paperback, but it's worth checking the list to be sure). There are great recipes in the recipe forum (I'm partial to the Taco Bake, the White Chili, and the Peanut Butter Cup).
