I'm all cooked and packed up and ready to go for Monday, so I might as well post now!

On the way to work: Stinkin' medium Coke from Sonic (3 pts.)

B: Maltomeal
L-1: 1/2 cup of black beans
L-2: mixed green salad with broiled shrimp, FF feta, 3 sliced strawberries and balsamic vinaigrette dressing
D: Baked potato with FF sour cream, FF cheese, 4 oz. filet mignon (tenderloin), salad with tomatoes, carrots, red onion and FF 1000 Island dressing, milk

Totals: 1175 calories, 24 WW points (with 3 being WPAs)

WPAs: 35 - 3 = 32
Water: 16 +

Wow, that is one beautiful coreiffic good sounding menu. Now I need one of my own. ;)

Okay - here goes!

Breakfast: oatmeal, banana, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: couscous salad
2 plums

Snack: hb egg or 1/2 c. cottage cheese mixed w/fruit

Dinner: marinated chicken breast sauteed w/onions/mushrooms, whole wheat pasta, brocolli

Snack: cereal & milk

Cutting back a little today after a tough weekend:
breakfast Oatmeal w/ff milk
lunch small serving of core chili
snack shredded wheat w/ff milk
dinner chicken soup with couscous
snack unbuttered popcorn w/ Diet Coke
Lots of water
