South Beach Diet - Hi from a new beach girl!

Hello ladies! I am not new to South Beach, or even new to 3FC, in fact some of you look familiar! :) But, I am new back on the program and knew I had to come here for support. I had my first baby just 3 months ago -- and she is so fantastic and wonderful I am once and for all motivated to get ALL the weight off (not just the baby weight!) I want to lose 100 pounds by her first brithday in July of '06 -- no small goal huh? :) I want to be able to run and play and chase her like a mom should -- and be as fit as fit can be! We (DH and I) started back on SBD after Labor Day Weekend and I have lost 30 pounds from my highest pregnancy weight. So, I still have a long way to go!

My name is Lauren, and as you can see my little girl is Natalie. I look forward to getting to know all of you (again!)

Your baby is adorable! Welcome to the group! :wave: I am kind of new to both SBD and 3FC. I have a little girl who was born in July also but she was born in 2003. I would like to lose about 27 pounds before her birthday.
