Have to eat fast food tonight :( - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

I need help! I am on the road tonight and I'll have to eat from a drive through.
What can I have?
I have these restaurants to choose from:
Wendy's
McDonald's
Burger King
Hardees
Arby's
Taco Bell
Taco Johns
I think that's it....

OH, I made the parmesan fish last night (with Tilapia) it was GREAT!!!!!

If it were me, I would go to Wendy's, get a basic salad/grilled chicken (throw the bun away & use the chicken for my salad.) If I was still hungry, maybe a small chili. Don't forget to drink your water. Can you bring SBD friendly snacks? Celery sticks and cheese sticks? That way you don't eat as much fast food?

I like the Wendy's chili with a side ceaser salad (no bacon bits or croutons).

I've finally came to terms with chili and no crackers.

Personally I go with the Wendy's chili and a side salad and I bring my own dressing since I don't care for the ones they have that are acceptable.

If we are at McDonalds with the kids I go for the Cobb salad with no bacon and I just put my dressing on the side and dip my fork in it if I need some. It's yummy. I also like their Bacon ranch salad -- Julia likes to eat the bacon pieces off of it for me (my 6 yr old

). I'll have to try the side salad and chili combo at wendy's next time I go. Sounds good.

It is not reduced fat cheese..so not SBD friendly..
