Anyone read and try Apple&Pears: The Body Shape Solution For Weight Loss and Wellness? I am an apple and the adivse sounds credible.

I haven't read it...who is the author?

I am never sure what body type I am. I think I am probably more towards a pear because I carry so much weight in my hips and butt, but i have a big chest too. Smaller waist. OH I am just a mess <LOL>

I'd like to hear more about it.

I just went to check this out at Amazon and found that it hasn't been released yet. Where did you get your copy? I'm an apple too and would love to find out more about it.

Amazon says that the hardback was released in January, 2005. You might be able to find it at your library or an online used book store and save some $$$. ;)
