To those that stayed the same...expect a weigh-in or two with no loss, your body is trying to adjust.

I did badly last week and it really showed on the scale this week. I gained 5 pounds, putting me back up to 269.

I weighed in this morning and I gainned a pound. I am 134. It was a weekend of celebrating and that is what life is all about so I am ok with that. I am back on track and will get down the pound soon.

Cheryl hang in there. The first step to getting back on track is facing reality and telling about it. You have done that so that is in the past you have a clean slate. Time to start fresh, You can do it.

I am not sure where to post this but Gayle I think you asked for us to post meal ideas sometimes. Well for dinner tonight

Spinach salad with peaches and walnuts with a poppy seed dressing
Baked potatoes with low fat sour cream
Spicey Chicken Breast
Corn
Apple sauce with a touch of whipping cream

Shelley in my portion of salad I use

1/2 a peach (sometimes raspberries or strawberries) 1/2 point
a couple of pecans (or sometimes almonds) 1/2 point
as much spinach as you want
1 T Kraft Signature Creamy Poppyseed dressing ( I don't even use that much) 1 point

Salad totals 2 points

Dee, the salad sounds heavenly!

For those of you with gains, remember to look at the loooooonnnnngggggg stetch...it will all even out eventually.

I stayed the same this week, no loss, no gain.

I weighed in at my meeting this week and I said "You better weigh me again, that can't be right!" I am down 3.6 pounds. I am weighing in on my scale at 130. At ww's of course it is more because you are fully clothed and it is in the afternoon. I weigh myself buck naked and first thing in the morning after I piddled. lol

I weighed in at 150 this morning. No gain...no loss. Hopefully by next Sunday I will be into the 140's!

Sad to say, I'm up by 3#...honestly, I have not been OP...too many things going on and I guess I'm lazy...I am HOPEFULLY back on track today though...how cool would it be if we never, ever had to count another calorie or weigh another ounce of food? LOL!

I am down 3 pounds. I am 128. I really don't want to lose any more. I thought that this week I would show a gain because I ate more sweets than I should have.

Gayle don't worry about the gain think of today as a new day. Get back on track girl. I know you can do it and it you don't you will be down on yourself.

Doni you are doing well, we all go up and down a bit, just remember not to give up.

What about the rest of you, how are you doing?

I weighed in this morning at 128. Stayed the same. I thought I better get the weigh in before Vegas. I will probably be up a bit but I am going to walk and swim my bootie off trying to keep the pounds down.

I weighed in yesterday and I actually lost weight in Vegas. I am down to 126. I have a few pounds to play with at Christmas. I don't intend to lose more.

So how is everyone else doing?

Shelley, great job maintaining!

Doni, it's a number on the scale, go by how your feeling. I know you are feeling so much better about yourself and you need to, your doing fantastic!

I am maintaining and bouncing around...one week, up 2, next week down 2...I am going to let Christmas/New Years get out of the way with all the parties, family gatherings etc. and then I am getting down to serious business. This week we have a birthday party, company Christmas party and out to eat with friends. Hard to stay on plan when I have nooooooo will power.

I'm holding at 147. The weather has been so bad here that I haven't been able to get out and walk much, so I'm hoping that after Santa brings my treadmill that I'll be able to drop these last few pounds!

Gayle just stay focused. Remember with all the days that you have a special meal it is only a meal not a whole day of grazing. Even if you have five festive dinners a week you can maintain. Stay focused girl I know that you can do it.

Suzy, so you have been a good girl, have you? A treadmill sounds like a nice gift. Like I said to Gayle just remember it is only one meal, it is all the extras that we chose to eat. You can maintain over christmas.

I weighed in this morning and I am 127. I was up to 130 after christmas but once I focused the pounds dropped off.

So I know a lot of you are watching what you eat......where is the weigh ins?

I weighed in this week with another pound down. I am 126. I don't want to lose more. I hope that I can maintain at this or even a few pounds about in PV.

Down 16.5, a -4.5 change from last weight in. (The weight is accurate, but the change is not so much. My previous weight-in was wearing heavy clothing. Still, a loss is a loss. :) )

Suzy-Your doing great!! Don't let the last 5 get you down. Maybe you are at the weight your body thinks it should be. I know I had to decide on a higher weight than I originally wanted.

I have wondered that too Shelley, but it could also be because I haven't been exercising as much this winter either. I'm not going to stress too much over a few pounds. The plan was to get down to a healthy weight for my size and I have done that, so I guess I actually have achieved my goal, but it would still be nice to make it down to 140 again. ;)
