Good Morning everyone! I'm still a little out of it, I stayed up to watch my Yankees tie the Angels, now we just have win again tonight! :goodvibes

Back to weight loss, I'm down another pound this week! 45.8! I'm still trying to make onderland by the end of the year, only 15##s to go...

Have a great week everyone!

Thanks for starting this Beth.

I am down 3.4 for a total loss of 22 lbs. The 3.4 this week is a result of having lost only .6 last week due to TOM.

Hi! Down 2 lbs!

10-10-2005, 10:29 AM
Just posted but it didn't seem to take....

It's a holiday here for me so I just want to check in so I stay on track. I'm down 4 this week.

Great losses eveyone - keep at it!

I'm up a little, back at 325. :(

Congrats all on the losses.
Sandi: I want to congratulate you on posting your gain. I know in the past you would keep quiet if it wasn't a loss and I think this is great that you are able to even admit your gain. Looks like you are making some changes. :)

I maintained this week. TOM hit and I had 4 days of bad eating so I'm not going to complain.

Between Thanksgiving and my son's birthday I'm amazed that I lost anything. I'm down 2 lbs. amazing.

10-10-2005, 07:07 PM
Sandi - I'm with Dawnyal on saying well done on being able to post a gain. Its hard to do that, and easier to stay silent.....

I can't speak on what your plan was last week and how you executed it, but I can maybe offer a bit of hope for your gain. If you have begun to exercise more or differently, you might have some water retenton in your muscles. Everytime I start a new exercise program or even just change up my program a bit, I find that my muscles react by retaining a few lbs. of water for a week or two. Your body might also be adjusting to a newer plan, testing you a bit to make sure this is for real. Don't get down on yourself. As Howie as so aptly shown us, weekly fluctuations are so minor when you look at the big picture.

Congratulations to all the losers! Beth....you're getting so close!

Good going all you losers and for those who gained or maintained just stick to the plan and you will get there.

Down 1 lb here. Suprised though, cuz even though I've been staying in my calorie range (sometimes lower *whoops*) I haven't been eating the best foods. I've been working these 9-12 hr shifts tryin to get this place ready for grand opening, which we finally had by the way, that I've been eating some fast food. I did splurge and get me one of those AWESOME salads from Quiznos *right next door to where I work* and still stayed under my limit.

Congrats to all the *losers*

A 2 pound gain for me this week.

10-12-2005, 09:04 AM
Sillystuff - good job, take those losses any way you can get them!

Joyce - Sorry about the gain. But like your signature says, "One step at a time"! You may have made a small step backward, but if you stick with it you'll be back to foward steps next week!

I lost 4.2 last week.

10-12-2005, 09:05 AM
Hang in there! Even if you gained, don't give up!!

10-12-2005, 10:59 AM
Congrats to the losers. :bravo:
Joyce: Keep your head up. You'll lose it again in no time.

10-12-2005, 01:41 PM
I stayed at 230
(I think it may be time to lower my daily calorie limit.)

I'm up 2 lbs from 2 months ago. I went way off plan when I went to visit family, and just didn't get back on plan until a couple of days ago. My bg was obviously too high and I knew I had to get back on it. So I am back here for accountability. I know what I need to do, but logging in here helps me face myself.

1st week on weight watchers, down 5.4

Thanks for the encouragment everyone. My weight gain was my fault. I over did on football food ovwer the weekend and had chinese take out one night for dinner and had left overs the next day. I have been slacking on the walking too. Just an off week for me. I still am making healthier choices for myself than I use to.

Well done all!
Joyce, I really admire your honesty. I haven't been able to move much the last two weeks as I have an ingrown toenail, and had almost talked myself out of going for my weigh in, as I was sure I would be up. But I lost half a pound. Anyway your post has inspired me to get moving on this again.

Hi everybody

I didn't weigh-in last week for some reason..so I'm down 4.4 pounds since the 22nd of Sep.
Looks like it might be speeding up a bit again..which is very nice to see :)

10-14-2005, 11:46 AM
Lost another 1 lb this week. It's really slowed down for me but as long as it's going down I'm happy.

10-14-2005, 05:32 PM
Here I am on Howie's coattails, as usual. :dizzy: We weigh-in so late in the week, we're always popping in at the end of the thread, LOL!

I'm down 2 pounds this week, to 206. It was teetering between 205-206, so I went with the higher number.

Linda - wonderful avatar!

Thank you Kimberley :)

Congrats everyone on the losses and forget about the slight gains! I'm down 1 pound this week and I'm actually pretty damn excited about it. Since I switched my weigh in day last week from Thursday to Sunday (and had a 4 pound loss in just that shortened week) I figured I would gain or maintain this week. I know my loss that week was a fluke.

I'm down to 379.6. I always love to go under one of those 10 pound increment levels.

Well done all!

Being honest with 3FC and myself was pretty hard and I thought about not posting at all. I reminded myself that I came to 3FC for support and if I wasn't honest with you or myself then I defeated the reason for being here.
