This is delicious and you would never know it was made with cottage cheese!
.5 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
1 tbsp cocoa (unsweetened)
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp splenda....more or less to taste.
Blend in a blender or mini chopper until it looks nice and smooth.
If you can tolerate a few more carbs, toss in a few raisins after you blended it up.
Without the raisins:
Total: 219 calories
Fat: 13 grams
Carbs: 9 grams
Fiber: 3 grams
Protein: 18 grams
Note: this also doesnt include the splenda, you will have to add that in yourself.
