Default The 29 Healthiest Foods on the Planet

The 29 Healthiest Foods on the Planet

I came across this list recently. I thought it had some good suggestions on how to use some of these foods. Just for kicks (because I get bored with healthy food sometimes), I'm using it as a base for this weeks' grocery list.

Who knew that low-fat yogurt and skim milk were beans/nuts/grains ???

Except for the animals and the 2 above mentioned animal products and cantaloupe, I eat all those other things regularly, specifically for thier health benefits and get the nutrients listed under the things I don't eat (calcium/vitamin D/ riboflavin/probiotics etc.) elsewhere.
