Default Take-off Question

Hi everyone,

I did take off when I started witht he unlimited veggies and protein and it wasn't to bad. Then I did it after being OP with the two lites and the 6 oz of protein and two cups of veggies. I am not good at having the same protein the whole day and I just didn't feel like eating my last protein and on the second day i was hungry!!!

After you start program do you have to do take off with the lites and only 6 oz of protien and 2 cups of veggies?

Can I do the original one?

Does one work better than the other?

Also on one of the thread I read about a 3 day take-off, was that with some older plan or is that still going on now. Is three days to long?

Lot of questions, I know, but I am entering a rut and I plan on daing take-off this weekend,so i just want to be prepared.

Shennie - I have been told that you can do the original unlimited protein/veg OR the one with the limted protein/veg/lites. . .I think Carmen does the unlimited. .. I haven't done it very often, but I usually do the limited, since I've gotten in the habit of starting off the day with a lite.

I have only been told about the unlimited. I did take-off Monday and Tuesday, so I'll see what the results are today at WI. I'm going at lunch time...wish me luck!!!

I've done only the unlimited, and the first time out (about 2 months into the plan) I lost 5 lbs. The 2nd time I lost about 2.

Just my 2 cents (not that its worth that much LOL) ...

When I was going to the COD years ago, oh about 5 years ago, I asked about doing the "take -off" again (The unlimited protein green veggie one) and was told I couldn't do it again, that I would actually gain weight doing it at that point SO I never did it other than in the beginning ... I guess they were wrong seeing Carmen's results ... My how things change over the years

I went to WI today after doing take-off Mon and Tues...I lost 1.2 pounds. I would have been happier with 2, but I'll definitely take the 1.2.
