G'day all,
Slavika I am a bit annoyed with you, you KNEW I was going to the snow why didn't you remind me about the snowboots??? ;) I haven't had a cold like this for a long time, luckily my fingers can do the talking as I don't have a voice this morning:( but I do feel a little better eventhough I sound much worse. DH is quite worried, he is off to Sydney for the next few days. Hopefully he will come back with some more info about our future. DH had a teleconference to America this morning and it is all a bit doom and gloom.
Lily you sound very stressed, you work AND you have to start the new thread, it is all too much. Thank you for making the new start;)
Josie I have to confess that I can sort of remember you posting but not very clearly, it is the age thing, you know:dizzy:
Nice to 'see' you anyway.:)
I'll be off and keep drinking the fluids and sucking the cough lozenges. I have to be better by the weekend for my visitors.
Have a great day all
Cheers

Lily, our Slavika made the recipe for the Frozen Mudpie Sandwiches, they were really yummy. I ate 2 (the other gals just had 1) :o Couldn't resist it... my two favorite things, chocolate and froz yogurt. It's a good thing you posted the recipe before you had to start a new thread, you wouldn't have had the energy.
Maria.. too bad about the cold. Maybe the stress of an uncertain future has you a bit run down too. Of course, it doesn't help when Slavika doesn't give you all the important information on dress requirements when in snow. I sure hope everything turns out for you and your DH.
I hadn't weighed in for 3 weeks and of course, I was up 1.2 lbs. However I am still 2 lbs below goal. I didn't want to get on the scale because I knew I was up, but there was no point in ducking it anymore. We are off to a movie tonight, going to see Swordfish, I hope it is good, has anyone else seen it?
See you all tomorrow.... Bye BYe...

 Hi Everybody
I think I have come up with a perfect way to lose weight. Ok, all you have to do is go to your dentist and get a couple of teeth pulled, a new partial put in immediately, so that your mouth "REALLY" hurts, then you can't eat.......and.....TA DA....
you lose 2.2#. :D :D YIKES!
Lily I had to fight the Tea Time gals, but I managed to save you a couple of those mudpies and a couple for me too, because my mouth is still to tender to eat them. After all your hard work, of starting the new thread again, you certainly deserve it. :) Maria I humbly apologize for not telling you to wear snowboots in the snow........... ALAS what was I thinking. :) I am sorry you are not feeling good. I hate it when I get a cold too. I hope everything works out ok with your DH and his company. Take care of yourself.
Well tomorrow, I'm going out to lunch and shopping with my friend, which sure beats what I was doing last Wednesday (the dentist).
Trudy I hope you enjoy the movie. I saw the commercial for it on TV, looked interesting.

Maria: Sounds like your cold is getting worse. Yes with Snow always wear those boots! When I lived in the snow I was always sick. Thats one reason I hate it so much! That and driving in it :dizzy:
Trudy: Lets us know how the movie is. I have seen the previews and it lookes good. Glad these Mudpie things are good. Im gonna get mine made this weekend. I got the stuff just to lazy when I get home to make them. Your under goal so thats good!
Slavika: Thanks for saving me one! I will be right over. Is your mouth getting any better yet? Hooray! you lost 2.2# thats great! Have fun shopping tomorrow!

Slavika - That great slugger, your grandson, is way too good for a backyard. Get him out in a field before he does anymore damage with his bat. He sounds like he may be the star of the team?
Josie - It was so good to hear from you again. I also don't remember what was happening in your life from Geri, but I do remember the pictures of your daughter and grandson(?) Glad you are doing well.
All - On Monday we went to the hospital for our grandson's birth. DIL was going to be induced at 6 a.m. and it could take hours. We got there at 9:30 and she was dilated to almost a 10 already. She had Austin at 10:21. He is 8 lbs. 12 ozs. and cute as a bug. We had a really wonderful day. So much different than when I had kids. The room was full of family and company all day. Everyone held the baby--they truly make it a family affair anymore. We took pictures and my best friend took the pictures off disk and made the cutest album with all kinds of borders and captions and backgrounds. Our son is so cute--he is going to be a hands-on daddy.
Maria - You with the cold, you can now see why snow is not everybody's favorite weather.
Just for all of you to know, the court date for the custody of my friend's grandchild will be continued July 20th. Just a lot of stress waiting.

G'day all
Firstly congratulations Glenda on the birth of your grandson. Sounds like everything went well, I like the name Austin. I agree the whole birthing experience is so much better these days rather than the very clinical attitude that was there when I had my children.
Slavika good for you on your weight loss, not the ideal way of doing it but if you are going to have to HAVE a visit to the dentist it is a nice 'side effect' loosing those few pounds:)
Trudy I haven't heard of the movie you spoke of, let us know what it is like. Bet you are pleased to be still 2 lb under goal.
I am feeling a bit better today and yes one day to the snow was enough, I couldn't cope with 5 months of the stuff, I would even have to invest in snowboots;) were that the case.
I think :?: we have some new direction in life though not completely finalised. DH was offered a new position last week, it means that we would be in Melbourne till next year June and then from June till October in Sydney, ie 18 months away from home. We have had to do a lot of thinking, planning etc and deciding if we would take up the offer. DH sees the new position as a great challenge and would enjoy it so I guess that is the major thing. At this stage of our life you would not want to do work that you don't enjoy if you don't have to. Then of course our house in Adelaide. Son and partner will move into it and rent out their recently purchased house. Our house was brand new and we have only lived there for 4 months. It will be nice to have someone living there and as well they will benefit financially. However dd is a bit annoyed that we would have son live their rent free. We have offered the opportunity to her and partner as well but their Uni studies are here in Melbourne and it would not be feasable for them to move.
All very delicate. DH and I thought that perhaps son could give dd $50 per week, they would be renting their place for about $260 per week so they are still out well in front.
Thank goodness dh is negotiating this as I am not known for my diplomacy :o , but I never leave anyone wondering what it was what I meant:D He told son that he would like everyone to benefit and make it a 'win, win' for all.
We will go home in about 3 weeks and sort it all out. Then there is the wedding in January (in Adelaide) and we would be home on holidays, so that will also have to be sorted how we are going to work that out.
DH is in Sydney at the moment negotiating his new salary :) and if they agree then formally accept the position.
So much to think of and plan.
For me away from home for this long means I have to do something to keep occupied other than writing very long posts here;) There is a computer club just nearby where people share tips, ideas etc. so I thought I would join that to meet new people with similar interests.
I was up very early this morning, couldn't sleep with blocked nose etc. Had a shower and a weigh, down a further .6 kg and thought I would just 'slip' on the mother of the bride outfit. It has made my day, I did literally slip into it, in fact it is a little loose!
I was a dressmaker in a former life so I have already checked how I can take it in.
Thanks for 'listening' to my very long post. I am sure it will all work out but I cannot help but worry as I like everything to be organised.
Have a great day all
Cheers

Hi Everybody
Glenda so your new grandson has arrived, I know this is a very exciting time for you. I like the name Austin, and what a nice big baby he is. All winter long my grandson played hockey and he really was not very good, but he stuck with it and tried his hardest...........:)
This summer he chose baseball over the soccer that he played last year and none of us can believe what a good little player he turned out to be, but remember we are talking 7 yrs olds here. LOL :D :D
Maria isn't that a nice feeling trying on the "wedding outfit" and having it actually a little loose. Good for you. :) I like everything all organized too, and everybody happy and content with the "plans". I don't know, it seems we worry about stuff and then it works out ok in the end anyway, and then we go on to worry about something new.
I had a really nice day out with my friend today. I bought a "barbie shoulder bag purse" for the Princess. I'll save it and give it to her with a few other things I have for her, for her "graduation". She is going into Grade 1. LOL.
What were you up to today Trudy ?
It turned out to be not to bad of day weather wise.
Night all.

First off let me say congratulations to Glenda on the new family member. Sounds like you all enjoyed the event. Today Fathers are a lot different that Fathers of yesteryear. All of my Brothers are hands on my DH was hands on and My boys are hands on as much as possible. My Father was a different story. So good for your son.
Maria- Boy your life just goes and goes. I agree that in this stage of life why do anything unless you enjoy it. The Computer Club sounds fun. You can pass on any pointers you learn to the rest of us. Have you ever tried aroma therpy for your stuffy nose. I use peppermint oil. I put a few drops on a thin wash cloth and just breath it in you would be surprised at how quickly you can breath. Then I keep the cloth in a small plastic baggie and keep it close by to use when ever. Looks funny sniffing a cloth but it works for me.
Lily - I must have been in LaLa land as I seem to have missed your life time celebration. :o I'm so sorry:( But let me say now Way -to- go. We knew you could do it. Tell me," did your leader make you stand in front?" Have you gone to your first FREE meeting yet?
Trudy and Lily what brand of choclate wafer did you use for the Mudpie thing:?:
Slavika- Dentel problems are not the way we recomend for losing weight ;) . But still at least all that pain paided off some on something that can make you happy
Lily I'll let my frog do the happy dance for you.

Hi from the beach, Congrats to new granny Glenda. Glad it is over and everything is fine. Maria you sound like your life is being turned upside down again. You certainly cope well. I hope that you are feeling better. Wear your boots next time. Can't wait till I get home and try those mudwiches or whatever they are. Can't get to the recipe from this computer. Can't even get to my Earthlink e-mail. Slavika hope your mouth is better. Been there, done that. Diet has gone to h*** this week. Did go bike riding on these great old bikes - the kind with high handlebars and normal seat and no speeds or handbrakes. All they need is the basket and the little bell. We went to the largest sand dune in the states yesterday. Climbed up and then ran down. Too much fun. There is an outdoor art show in Duck today. Am going to try to go. See you later, Peggy

Hi Everybody
I received this in my e-mail today. I think, it will soon be my theme song. LOL :D
From The Sound of Music:
A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS
Maalox and nosedrops and needles for knittin',
Walkers and handrails and new dental fittin's,
Bundles of magazines tied up with string,
These are a few of my favorite things.
Cadillacs, cataracts, hearing aids, glasses,
Polident, Fixodent, false teeth in glasses,
Pacemakers, golf carts and porches with swings,
These are a few of my favorite things.
When the pipes leak, When the bones creak, When the knees go bad,
Then I remember my favorite things And then I don't feel so bad.
Hot tea and crumpets, and corn pads for bunions,
No spicy hot food nor food cooked with onions,
Bathrobes and heat pads and hot meals they bring,
These are a few of my favorite things.
Back pains, confused brains, and no fear of sinnin',
Thin bones and fractures and hair that is thinnin'.
And we won't mention our short shrunken frames
When we remember our favorite things.
When the joints ache, when the hips break, When the eyes grow dim,
THEN I REMEMBER THE GREAT LIFE I'VE HAD AND I DON'T FEEL
SOOOO BAAAAD.

Oh, Slavika
I just love your song. It is all so true. Glad you had a good day shopping and buying the Princess a graduation gift.
Karen - I agree that fathers of today are so different. I watched an Oprah last night about "Stay-At-Home" Fathers and just loved it. Glad there aren't such strict roles for men and women now.
Peggy - You just sound like you are having a blast! And don't worry about your diet because regular life will soon start with its routines and everything will fall into place. One vacation cannot wreck a diet unless you never get back on track (and I know that ain't gonna happen).
Maria - Oh my! Your life is so full of surprises! You really do cope well. I know you will enjoy wherever you go--you always seem to. And the dress for the wedding! Congratulations! Isn't it a wonderful feeling when something was tight and is now loose?
All, I do believe I may have a handle on this non-smoking thing so I am now back to thinking about WW. Have any of you ever heard of the Wendy plan? It was explained on another thread. And it makes sense to me. Just varying your points each and everyday to trick your body into losing the weight. I am trying it.

more doom and gloom from the US. I am sick of trying to figure it out and how it will effect us:( I am trying to put it all out of mind and concentrate on getting better and enjoying the weekend with the friends that are coming over.
Slavika just loved your 'song', could well be my theme song as well :D
Trudy the film you spoke of had it's grand opening here. John Travolta came out for the promotion and Hugh Jackson is from Melbourne and for a bit more absolutely useless trivia, the apartments I live in, Hugh Jackson and his wife also have an apartment. DD told me to carry my camera in case I bump into them in the lift :lol I am not much of a movie person but I do like John Travolta and Hugh Jackman is a very down to earth person and someone I probably would say hello to if I should see him in the lift.
Karen thank you for the tip, I will try it out, I also believe in aroma therapy and have tried the peppermint oil in one of those burners but not the way you suggested to use it.
Glenda great effort with the smoking, I know how hard it is. WW next you'll be the healthiest person around unless you go to the snow without snow boots;)
Have a great weekend all

Karen: You didnt miss anything. Yes I got to stand in front of the class. :o Had to tell what I did that was successful to me. I hate talking in front of alot of people. Thats why I just want to be a recep. or weigh Person. I have the papers Im just trying to see if its doable with my schedule now. This week will be my first free meeting. Im still going probably every week. My class is to fun to miss!
Slavika: Loved the song! Oh how cute the Barbie bag you got Princess! She is going to love it! When does she Graduate? :D
Peggy: Enjoy that vacation! It is hard when you arent in the comfort of your own home.
Glenda: I have seen the posts about the Wendie plan. If you think it will work for you then try. I always did vary my points on a daily basis. Never did eat high like that on one day a week. I would be scared to. Sure I do when we go out to a fancy dinner. But to plan it every week kinda of scares me. Im just afraid if I planned it each week it would become a habit type thing. But thats me. But it seems to use all your banked points and no more.
Great going on the smoking! You for sure are a Non Smoker now!
All there is a great article on the 3FC site about the skinny pill. It was very interesting about whats contained in the pill. I know you saw it Maria. I saw your post in the WW General. You turned me on to it! :smug: It was a excellent article.

Hi Everybody
Someone asked about the chocolate wafers I used to make the mudpie's Lily posted. I used these little round plain ones that are made in Canada but when I go to the States I thought I would buy the "Chocolate Graham Wafer Type". YIKES....having said that I just remembered where I still have one box left from my last trip across the border. I must be losing it. :D At tea time one of the gals mentioned a different cookie to use. I think you could use whatever you wanted, just check and get one that isn't too many calories. I didn't even taste one yet, although I still have a dozen or so in the freezer. Maybe I'll have one tonight as a treat. :)
I had my hair cut really really short (like what we used call a pixie cut), and quite like it. She did a good job. Later my DIL and the Princess came over and DIL and I recovered cushions that fit on her rocking chair. They turned out so well, I am thinking I may recover my dining room chairs myself instead of sending them out.
I'm happy DH made it home tonight. :) He spent a total of 7 hrs driving today so now he has gone outside for some fresh air and walk, before he goes to bed.
Glenda now that you are a non-smoker, I don't think any of us on this board smoke (do we??????) :smoking:
Maria I think you have the right idea, concentrate on getting better and enjoy your friends when they arrive. :)
Lily the last day of school for my grandchildren is on June 28th I think. I got my grandson the 4th Harry Potter book, a Harry Potter hard covered journal (for him to write about his summer holidays) and a Harry Potter card game. I guess you can tell from that, what he is interested in right now.
DH is back from his walk, so I will say good night all.

I went to buy the chocolate wafers today at my local Safeway, and they were all sold out... just an empty spot was there. Savika...did you get there before me? Glad you hubby is back home where he belongs, you should sleep peacefully tonight. :) That song is hilarious, I had to sent it on to everyone I know.
Swordfish was an action film, and believe me, more action than I can handle. I was worn out after it was over. It was entertaining and interesting. However, there was a "sex scene" that was unappropriate and disturbing :( for old folks like us. You will never believe how many people were either blown up or blown away.
Maria I like John Travolta too, and that Hugh Jackson is one teriffic looking fellow. I sure hope your future is settled soon, it must be hard for you. Have a good weekend with your visiting friends. Absolutely wonderful news about the mother of the bride outfit being too big. You sure are doing great in the weight department.
Glenda the Wendie Plan had a lot of controversy on Dotti's board too. Wendie left Dotti and started the Lighten Up site just recently. It looks interesting. Wonderful news about little grandson Austin. You are blessed.
Peggy.. the updates on your holiday, glad you are having a great time.
Karen We have Christie chocolate wafers here, and another friend mentioned that the IGA store has a brand that counts the same. I bet the Mudpies would taste great with the Chocolate Grahams..... oh Slavika... maybe you could bring me a box of those when you cross the line? hmmmmmm?
Lily.. you sure turned us on to a tasty treat. I don't go to the WW site every day and I know I am missing a lot of good recipes.
Tomorrow my hubby's niece, her DH and 3 children are coming here for 5 days and we will be showing them the sights so I don't know how often I will post, but I will try to read every day. We just have to miss 1 day and we get lost...
Good night all... ...

You know, guys, I just had some downtime at work the other day and looked at some of the other threads. That is when I read about the Wendie plan. I certainly didn't know there was controversy about it. What kind of controversy? I thought it went along with WW pretty well. The day you eat more, you just eat what you would have banked the other days. My goodness, I certainly didn't know I was into a controversy!:dizzy:
My son has called two times a day this week to tell me about the baby. He sleeps--he eats--he is remarkable. This is the sum of our conversations. I just love hearing a first-time parent. Just a quick check in before the tribe hits. We are having pizza with the Grand Kids.
I wanted to tell you about my DD's friend that had the Gastro surgery. She is 34 some one asked that. Anyway she came through the surgery great. Was home from the hospital yesterday. Her diet for the next 2 week is chicken broth, jello grapefruit juice and something else I can't remember. Also she has to drink 50 oz of water every day. At the end of the 2 weeks she will slowly introduce solid foods (soft). And her Dctor said then he doesn't want her drinking any juice because he wants her to get her nutrients from food. How it goes after that I'll keep you posted. Doctor also warned that the surgery will help her lose weight but she still has to begin eating healthy low fat foods. Not junk! She feels great still needs help getting out of bed and hurts when she coughs but other wise in good spirts. I for one am glad the surgery is over .
Peggy your vacation sounds great.
I'm going to but the stuff for the mudpie thing tomorrow. I'll let you know if i like them.

Twas a busy busy day for me. So glad its the weekend. Tomorrow Im making those mudpie things for sure.
Karen: Im so glad your DD friend came through the surgery ok. Maybe she will join WW to learn how to eat healthly? Keep us posted. I hope she comes through this with flying colors!
Glenda: The only thing I really read about the Wendie plan was on the WW site. Alot of people took it out of context and were eating way over thier banked points. It was pretty crazy over there for a few days. I use to read the WW board alot but there has been alot of fighting going on over there so I havent been in a while. I missed the one at Dotti's all together.
Trudy: If I was you I would just march right on over to Slavika's house and steal some of the Chocolate wafers from her. We know she bought the store out and is hoarding them. Swordfish sounds like to much action for me. I know DH will want to see it so I will just wait for the video. If I dont like then I can play on the puter! :dizzy: Have fun giving the tours this weekend!
Slavika: Your Grandbabys are gonna love thier Graduation presents! My sisters son is really into Harry Porter to. I think this board is now a non smoking section to! :D We should all be proud!

Hi Everybody
YIPEE, the weatherman says we are going to have sun ALL day and a high temp. of 86 degrees.
Lily ok, "maybe" I did buy the last of the chocolate wafer cookies from our local supermarket but Trudy I promise I will add the American "chocolate graham wafer" type ones to my list and bring you back some when I go on my little road holiday. :smug:
Glenda there really was a lot of controversy about the "Wendie Plan" on Dotti's board. I never got involved with any of it, but would read about it sometime when I visited that web site. You do whatever will work best for you. :) So today is the day you get to really visit with little  Austin. Have fun.
Karen I am happy that your daughter's friend is doing well. I hope she follows all her doctor's instructions. I know she will still have to learn new and better eating habits if she hopes to lose the weight and to keep it off. When I was in Maui, (not last year, but a couple of years before that) I met a gal who had that same surgery (twice) and her daughter had it done also. Apparently, they both lost weight in the beginning but with poor eating habits they both quickly regained the weight and MORE.
The year I met her she had joined WW, I hope she stuck with it.
Karen, what can I say, you will  love those Mudpies. They are a really nice treat. Thanks again Lily for putting us on to them. :)

Finally tried the Vanilla Smoothie. We made it with a hand full of frozen strawberries and milk. Can you say YUM! I also tried it with rootbeer soda and orange soda. Also yummy. To day I bought some other frozen fruits to try. Made with the frozen fruit seems to be a good way to replace the Dairy Queen soft serve. Using milk really makes it worth while. Also I got Skinny Cows to day. We drove home really fast before they melted so I didn't have to eat them on the way. Haven't tried one yet waiting to have for dessert. Plan to make the mudpies tomorrow.
We have had a beautiful day here also. Not sure what the temp. was all I know is it was sunny and warm and a great summer day after all the rain and rotten weather we've been having.:smug:

Hi There
I thought you all might enjoy this first thing Monday morning. I got it from my Son.
This FAQ is provided to dispel common myths about dieting.
Q: I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true?
A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it. Everything
wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer;
that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster.
Want to live longer? Take a nap.
Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables?
A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and
corn. And what are these? Vegetables. so a steak is nothing more than an
efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain?
Eat chicken. Beef is also a good source of field grass (green leafy
vegetable). And a pork chop can give you 100% of your recommended daily
allowance of vegetable slop.
Q: Is beer or wine bad for me?
A: Look, it goes to the earlier point about fruits and vegetables. As we all
know, scientists divide everything in the world into three categories:
animal, mineral, and vegetable. We all know that beer and wine are not
animal, and they are not on the periodic table of elements, so that only
leaves one thing, right?
My advice: Have a burger and a beer and enjoy your liquid vegetables.
Q: How can I calculate my body/fat ratio?
A: Well, if you have a body, and you have body fat, your ratio is one to
one. If you have two bodies, your ratio is two to one, etc.
Q: At the gym, a guy asked me to "spot" for him while he did the bench
press. What did he mean?
A: "Spotting" for someone means you stand over him while he blows air up
your shorts. It's an accepted practice at health clubs; though if you find
that it becomes the ONLY reason why you're going in, you probably ought to
re-evaluate your exercise program.
Q: What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular exercise
program?
A: Can't think of a single one, sorry. My philosophy is: No Pain-No Pain.
Q: If I stop smoking, will I live longer?
A: Nope. Smoking is a sign of individual expression and peace of mind. If
you stop, you'll probably stress yourself to death in record time.
Q: Aren't fried foods bad for you?
A: You're not listening. Foods are fried these days in vegetable oil. In
fact, they're permeated in it. How could getting more vegetables be bad for
you?
Q: What's the secret to healthy eating?
A: Thicker gravy.
Q: Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around the
middle?
A: Definitely not! When you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger. You should
only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.
I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about diet
and exercise!
See you all later. :D :D

Hi, Slavika I am chuckling over your post. Makes sense to me. Now it is back to reality and eating right. Weds is my WI day so I am not getting on a scale until then. I don't want to know. I am busy cleaning up all the dust bunnies that accumulated while I was gone. I have been washing the comforter and the bedding since it smells like dogs. Yuck! Bailey the dog that was here left last night. I think my dog is lonesome. It rained a lot here and I think it rained weeds in the flower beds. I am going now to look up the recipe for those mudpie things and go buy the stuff to make them. I would probably be like Trudy and have eaten 2 of them. My sister brought this little pig and put it in the refrigerator. When you opened the door it made pig noises. Sort of cute. I think I need it here for all the times I pass it and open it to see if any new appeared in the last 15 minutes. See you all later, Peggy

Slavika - That was a really good F&Q. If only.....
Karen - So you are getting all spruced up! It is so much fun to do things to the house. New carpet, new siding....Are you getting new carpet throughout the house?
Trudy - You are such a good friend to put up with the sneakiness of Slavika. Imagine buying out exactly what you wanted from the store!
Peggy - Unfortunately, your post is exactly what I hate about vacations. You have to come back and "face the music" for having been gone. Might be nice to be rich and having somebody "caretake" the house and yard just as you would.
Well, we went and held the baby this weekend. He is so precious! I don't know if these first-time parents are totally aware of how mellow he is. He nurses for 20 minutes and sleeps for 3-4 hours. He only cries when being changed. And he will just lie and look around for quite awhile. He so far has the personality of his father. Kyle was pretty mellow and very easy to raise. He made up for the other two.

Hi Everybody DH and I leave tomorrow morning for our little road trip. We'll be back on Thursday night. I look forward to buying some of the things that are just not available here in Canada. :)
Lily the mudpies with carmel sauce sounds good too, must try it. Karen 3 or 4 years ago I had new BLUE carpet run through the whole main floor of my house. I really like blue too.
Trudy you will have to let me know if I miss anything while I'm gone.....well I am missing tomorrow's tea time, how rude of DH to plan to leave on a Tuesday.
"Talk" to you all when I get back.
