Monday, 20 minutes on :tread: I had been jogging and was slowing down and walked right off the back. Skinned my knees and cut my finger. :tread: What a clutz.

Can I still use splenda or not? It isn't on the list of acceptable however it isn't on the list of unacceptable.

oh nevermind- i was reading in the frequently asked or information boards and from what i understand it is legal.
Does anyone go anywheres beside this weekly thread...it just seems that other parts of the SB boards are all dead.
I was looking at the recipies and realize that there really are not that many. How many of you have the cookbook??? What do you think of it??? Would it be worth getting or would you recommend just throwing your own meals together using the legal foods??

Kari, I use Splenda some. I do not have the cookbook...there are quite a few recipes on here. You need to look at the quarterly boards for recipes too. Its not well arranged. The old moderator was working on it when she quit and I have not been able to find the time to revamp it. Most of us post in the Weekly support board. This is the exercise board.... Unfortunately, Sugarbusters has lost a lot of popularity, but its still a very healthy diet to follow.
