Default Hi everyone I'm new here

Don't know if this is the best place, but I wanted to introduce myself. Looks like a good forum, and I plan to stick around. I recently lost weight and went down 5% body fat with the help of a trainer. I still want to lose a little more, and it's coming off steadily. Just gotta stick to that diet! Exercising is th easy part. Anyway, nice ot meet you all!

Welcome To The Group.
This is such a great place to give and get support. Everyone is so friendly and willing to lend an ear. Congrats on your weight loss. Keep up the good work. My biggest problem is exercising. I would love to have a trainer, but have heard they aren't very cheap. I trip to the gym would be nice, but I tend to be to self concious of myself there. Well, again welcome. Jump right on in.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! Very nice of you.

Annie, trainers are expensive! I used an online trainer. MUCH more affordable!

Hmm.. online trainer.. interesting. I may have to do some research on that one and check it out. It might be the way to go. It would be great to have one. Oh wait.. is that what my DH is? He would like to be able to tell me what to do, how to do it and when to do it. He wants me to do his routine. Only one problem. I'm not him. I want to do what I want to feel good and comfortable with the exercises.

Keep up the good work.

Hi Annie,
Yeah, it's worth checking out. It's good that DH wants to help, but you're right, everyone is an individual and has different needs. That's why some weight loss plans just don't work for some people. I know some didn't work for me.
Anyway, good luck.
