Hi Aphil.

I did 3 sets/ 12 reps of squats, kickbacks & extensions. 1 set/12 reps (lunges, hurt my knee so I stopped.

30 min. treadmill

will take a 20 minute/1 mile walk through my neighborhood after supper

Yesterday I walked 25 minutes in the morning then later rode my bike for 20 minutes and after supper I walked another 45 minutes
