Fat, Carbs and Proteins question.
I tried to search the answers to this question in the forums, but could not find the answers. I was hoping someone could help.
I use the fitday pc version and wanted to put in my daily limits for carbs, protiens, and fats since I am following SBD. I know it's not required to watch these closely, but I just want to know where all my calories are going and such.
I found out the max for carbs is approx. 90g per day. Does anyone know the max for protein or fats???
