So here is the deal. I just weight myself on Saturday and (gulp :( ) learned I gainen 1Lb instead of loosing. It was my first week on WW and I did everything right. Stayed within my points, exercised etc. I was very, very disapointed. So I went to the gym and burned of 986 cals. I'm sticking to my plan, but here is the weird thing. It is only Tuesday, and I'm feeling thinner. I noticed my jeans were looser yesterday, could it be in my head? I'm scared to weigh myself and get disapointed, but I'm feeling pretty hot :devil: today, and may I say I look good. I haven't felt like this in weeks. I really hope I will not get disapointed next Saturday. Wish me luck. :s:

Just wanted to say congrats on becoming a healthier you! Don't get discouraged over the 1lb...if you have been exercising a lot it could be that it is muscle and not fat that caused you to go up a lb. As far as feeling thinner - sometimes we don't always see the scale go down like we would like however inches do come off. I would recommend measuring yourself so you can keep track of that as well. Thanx for the tip. I should measure myself, and I have been keeping up my diet, I'm getting weight tomorrow so hopefully I will have lost some weight. Wish me luck!
