I've been following e-diets heart smart plan. During this honeymoon week - drum roll please - I've lost 4.5 lbs.!!!!

Almost to One-derland, but they raised my calories by about 300 per day, so next week will probably not be the week.

Congratulations, Kitty!!

My weigh-in is on Monday night (last night), and I remained constant. I was satisfied with that--at least the scale didn't start moving in the wrong direction!!

Good luck, everybody!!

WTG, Steph. Staying the same is good. Just don't go the other way.
I've gone on the gain side too much lately myself. Maybe we're starting a downward trend, huh?

I'm liking e-diets ok. You can choose just about any diet known to man to follow on there. You can even do WW. The deal I got is 2.99 per week + something else, comes to under $20. per month. Way cheaper in my book than some meetings & websites.

Hey Marcie,

At least ya went to WI. Don't beat yourself up about it. It's kinda hard to go thru what you've been thru & not even miss a step!!! Your my hero that you even thought to go to WW.

Just a small detour on your way to goal. Hope you can get home soon, and that you don't have a lot to clean up.

Hugs,

No worries, Marcie. Just keep trying to do the best you can, and you'll surely succeed. Like Kitty said, this is just a detour.
