Weight and Resistance Training - Anyone heard of Lean, Long & Strong Program?

Borrowed the book from my girlfriend. It's by Wini Linguvic. It's a combination of strength training, yoga, pilates, stretching and cardio to give you results in 12 minutes a day. She recommends doing 3 20 minute cardio workouts a week as well. She also suggests that you lift until you fatigue by doing only 1 set of 15 reps. It sounds so appealing to me as I HATE working out no matter what program I have tried so 12 minutes sounds awesome to me. Any thoughts?

My though is that it sounds way too good to be true! But any exercise is better than no exercise...so it you do it, please let us know how it works for you :)

its worth a try let us know how it goes. Just remember the old saying if it was easy we all would be________________( in this case in perfect shape)
