Lunch: Tamale pie; grapes
Snack: Frosty smoothie
Dinner: Spring Mix salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, and homemade thousand island dressing; Strip Steak, baked potato, and fresh green beans.
Dessert: Cannoli cream and berry compote
