Question light english muffins

Does anyone know where one may find light english muffins?

oh figure out the smilies...never mind...but if you know where I could locate light or fat free ...it would be helpful...I just started weight watchers going on the fifth day...and I love english muffins!

Thomas makes a light english muffin that I imagine you could find in most grocery stores.

I bought them at Super Walmart. I think they had 110 calories each.

I am happy to inform all of you guys that WW actually has bagels (2 points), english muffins (1 point), and bread (1 point for 2 slices) that I just found on the bread isle in Publix. You can't do better than a 1 point english muffin!!!

Unfortunately, no, they are not wheat. I wish they were! Wid wanted a "light" english muffin and it is one, obviously .

But honestly, the ww's bagels and english muffins are LOADED with fibre. I don't know about you, but fibre is my new best friend. ...well worth the purchase!!

Me too!!! More = less points, works for me. I've also become diligent about reading labels. It's amazing what some food has in it. Honestly, I find myself deciding that the points (cals/fat) aren't worth it.

Which actually work out to 1 POINT for the WHOLE muffin!!!!! I should buy stock in the company!!!!!!!!!!!! I always have these on hand for breakfast or sandwiches. These are one of the best finds I have found!
