Monday squats, lunges, leg extension,biceps, triceps,crunches No cardio Sick Baby
Tuesday squats, lunges, biceps, triceps,calf raises, walked 2 miles @ work. Going to try to walk tonight at home too.:)

Tues-1/2 hr super slow weight training as seen in recent Woman's World article

Weights: leg extensions, leg curls, abductors, rows, chest press, abs, triceps, biceps
No walking on Tues. since we went to the WWF SMACKDOWN - but we did walk about 1.5 miles to the O-Rena - does that count? :^:

No aerobics/walking as we had to leave for dinner.

Monday - Ran 2 miles
Wednesday - Ran 1.5 miles
Sunday - Ran 2.5 miles
Total miles for week = 6 miles
