Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, splenda and a banana
Lunch: Large spring mix/romaine salad with grilled chicken, avocado, hard boiled egg, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and FF honey dijon
Dinner: ww pasta with marinara, grilled chicken, and mushrooms; fresh green beans
Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie

I feel bad posting a menu when I am doing the wendie plan and therefore am not very core. Do you guys mind? Am I still allowed to participate?? :?:

My vote is yes! I think you should just show a disclaimer on each menu in case some lurker gets confused and thinks your menus is Core!

OK, thanks Vickie! I don't want to leave you guys just because I am trying the WP for a couple of weeks. Like I said before, I'll always be a core girl. :lol:

B: package of blueberry mini muffins (6 pts)
L: chick-fil-a (13 points)
D: cheese quesadilla, beef enchilada, chips and salsa (somewhere between 16-20 points)
S: york pepperment patties (3 pts)
