:o Im not sure how to proceed but I really like reading all the posts , they are encouraging. This is my jillioneth attempt to weight loss.
When I become more familiar with how to post I will share some of my ups and downs of dieting...Mostly ups....
Right now I break the scale at 365 lbs...speaking of whoppers.
If you dont hear from me real soon, Im lost but I'' be back.
