I'm the one starting the menu thread? This can't be good.
B/L: bag of cheez-its (8 pts); gatorade (4 pts); potato soup (2 pts)
S: sprite (4 pts)
D: probably more soup

I want cheezits for breakfast too!!!
Breakfast: 1 small itty bitty sf/ff apple pie yogurt, 1 small banana, decaf w/light cream
Lunch - thank goodness for leftovers!: same as yesterday: broiled burger, corn, mashed potatoes
Need to go find some fruit for dessert!
Dinner:? I presume the LO stir fry chicken/brown rice will be gone? I am in the mood for ww pasta - not sure if I have any lying around? Need to call dh to investigate.

Hi Septembersgoal,
I'm doing the flex plan on WW and here is my menu for today.
Breakfast
- Nothing. I slept in and when I got up I went for my walk for an hour instead.
Lunch
- Whole Wheat Kaiser roll ( 4 points)
- 2 tsps light mayo ( 1 point)
- fat free ham ( 1 point)
- fat free cheese ( 1 point)
- lettuce ( 0 points)
Dinner I think.....will be
- 4 ozs pork chop with shake N bake ( 7 points)
- 1 cup rice ( 4 points)
- 1 cup broccoli ( 0 points)
I'm also drinking my water and went for an hour walk already this morning.
I think I'm on track for today.

break- oatmeal, brn sugar(1pt), skim milk, blueberries,,,,but Id rather cheez-its too!
lunch-
salad, ff dressing, ham, diet pepsi ,cheese
supper-
I have to work from 4-8 so maybe a sandwich ( 1pt) with tom soup,apple
snacks-
popcorn water water water
I had a chicken breast to take to work tonight but it was my snack last night..

some mighty good looking menus here. okay, here's mine: (i'm still doing the wendie thingee for a few days. that's why i have pts listed.)
b--1 cup cheerios, 1/2 cup ff milk, splenda (3 pts)
l--shrimp, mixed veggies, ketchup (14 pts)
s--ww ice cream (4 pts)
d--hot pocket (6 pts), sliced tomatoes and yellow bell pepepr, lettuce leaves
s--1 peach (1 pts)
