Hello again!
So here we are, hope you all made it.

So I am checking in to say hi and see how everyone's week is going.

So far for me this week, I've been doing ok, trying to stick with better choices. I am also trying to give up Diet Coke. Man is it tough, so far I haven't had any this week or weekend, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't want one. I really need to get myself a water cooler, the tap water just doesn't taste good to me, and it makes it difficult to get the 8 glasses in. In truth, most of the time I never make it to the 8 glasses. I just can't drink that much most of the time. But I am trying to get in as much as I can.

As you can see I am new here. Should have paid more attention in computer class at school. Did not mean to post the other two messages but never mind.

I too am a Diet Coke addict. I too am trying to cut down as we all know it is no good for us. Water is just sooooo boring. We have a cooler in work which is where I drink all my water. Like you say tap water is just horrible. I feel awful when I haven't had a can but once I have one I just want another one and another one!
Let me know how you get on, it is like going cold turkey.
