Hi Everyone,

I have a couple of cookbooks that are low calorie but I would like to find some
new receipes that I haven't tried. Does anyone know of a website that has receipes for free and the calorie count included in the the receipes. I love trying new receipes plus eat makes supper more interesting when you have new meals to try.

I thought that I had been to a site called lowfat.com but I can't find it now. You could try putting low fat cooking in a google search.
There's some good ideas in the nutrition section here too.

I am not sure about sites.. but I can tell you some cookbooks!! You might be able to barrow them from your library and get some through there.

The New American Heart Association Cookbook
Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook
The South Beach Diet Cookbook

I don't do WW or SBD. But I have there cookbooks from when I did follow those plans. There are some good recipes in them. I have some of them on my web site but I forgot to put the nutrition info. on them because calorie counting is new for me. I hope to do that soon though.

I really like the calorie king website. It give all the calories and nutrition information. I'm definitly going to try some of those. I'll let you all know how some of them turn out

I just updated my website. I added some recipes on there and I put in the nutritional information on each one as well. So you might be able to find something of interest there now.
