Lightbulb New Core Cereal

Today I bought a new issue of Weight Watchers magazine, and in it was an advertisement for a new WW cereal, Vanilla Wheat Puffs. The ad said that it is considered a core food. I know that we always seem to be looking for new breakfast/cereal ideas, so if you are willing to pay the WW price, you can have a new cereal! Of course I could be way behind the times and everyone else might already know this. But I just thought that I would share.

I didn't know that! Walmart carries some WW cereals. I'll check it out. I really don't like puffed rice though. Hmmmmm.

Hi
I'm in CA and found two Weight Watcher's cereals at Trader Joe's. They were $2.99. I haven't tried it, but my daughter (20 yrs old) liked the Almond Crunch. I'm not sure that was the name, but it was something like that. Nan

I tried one of the new WW cereals and I really didn't like it. It tasted like Kashi, which is one of those things you either love or hate. I hate it

Apparently WW just released this cereal and they have it marked as core on the box and ad.

Melissa, if it's the one I think it is, I have some and love it! It tastes just like the old Post Super Sugar Crisp from when I was a kid, although it changed to Golden Crisp and now now I think it's called Super Crisp. Remember Sugar Bear? He sang "Can't get enough of that Sugar Crisp" and then "Can't get enough of Super Golden Crisp".

Wow, vanilla wheat puffs taste like sugar crisp? I was picturing vanilla puffed rice. I'll be checking it out. I'm kinda tired of shredded wheat.
