WW Food and Point Issues - Chicken Wings

Last night had friends over for a football game. Made chicken wings. However, I made mine with a 6 oz chicken breast. It was breaded and fried, how many points do I count for that? I found points for regular chicken wings but not with chicken breast.

You will have to figure out how much breading you used, how much oil, how much sauce and figure it out. Without knowing that we really can't help you.

You may want to guesitmate with looking at a breaded chicken breast that is fried from a restaurant or fast food place and adding some for the sauce you used.
