Yesterday I joined a Jazzercise Class by my home. The classes I'm attending are Monday-Cardio Quick, Wednesday-Body Sculpting and Thrusday-Jazzercise.
My first class was last night, Body Sculpting. They used toning bands, weights and the big ball. It was overall a good class.
Back in the 80's when I did Jazzercise I remember it was all dance routines. I guess they had to up the anty to keep up with the competition
