South Beach Diet - Searching for threads

I am looking for the threads that have tips on eating SBD on a budget.

I have some friends who are starting SBD and they would really like tips on how to eat without breaking the bank. I don't know what I am doing wrong with the search but I am not finding anything. I know they are here somewhere because I've read them ;)
