Default Fiber One Bran Cereal

Hello,
I'm sorry if I missed this product in the frequently asked questions or Phase II food list, but is General Mills Fiber One Cereal allowable?

Aside from eating it like regular cereal (with milk), I sometimes mix it with yoghurt and fruit or make a fibre shake - 1 cup of skim, 1/2 cup berries and 1/2 cup cereal zapped in the blender.

Quick note re shake: If you use frozen berries, thaw them a bit first or you'll be spooning, not drinking!

LOL I was thinking of all the ways I could use the cereal...I thought "this would be so good in the topping for my berry cobbler...no...it would be good to add to my shakes for fiber...no...it would be good for meatloaf or stuffed peppers."
lol actually I think it would be good in all those ways!!! I also like that recipe for the pie crust..that sounds awesome!!
