Default Marvelous Monday Menu, August 27, 2005

Breakfast: Applesauce made with 3/4 cup skim and home made applesauce

Lunch: Large grilled chicken salad (spring mix, chicken, red onion, tomato, cucumber, hard boiled egg, carrot, avocado, and FF honey dijon)

Snack: Cherry Garcia Smoothie

Dinner: No idea but I know I'm not cooking

Snack: Maybe popcorn

I guess I am "floring" again...in other words, I'm eating whatever doesn't make me feel sick. So I'll just keep track of all points for now.

b: mini bagel (3 pts)
S: almond/granola bar (3 pts)
Regular Coke (5 pts)
L: chicken and stars soup (3 pts) and saltine crackers (3 pts) and sliced tomato (0 pt)
S: baked cheetos (4 pts)
D: probably chicken/veggie stir-fry (5 pts?)
S: popcorn

That's about 29 points total. Too much.

Had a coke on the way to work (approx. 5 -- will be my WPAs for the day)

Breakfast: boiled egg, banana
Lunch: salad with strawberries and balsamic vinaigrette dressing (counting as my oil), roasted chicken
Dinner: grilled chicken, broccoli, milk
Snack: SF jello
Water: minimum 4 bottles
I will be very proud of myself if I manage to pull this off without cheating!

My turn - whole day messed up due to taking kids to dr appt - I am just having my first bottle of water!

Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 glass milk

Lunch: baked marinated salmon, green/wax beans, small baked potato
sliced watermelon

Snack: 1 apple, sf/ff yogurt

Dinner: leftover steak (I hope), kasha, greek salad
peach/blueberry/strawberry mix w/cool whip

Snack: maybe a cappuccino at Starbucks?

Starving Froufie (just having lunch now!)

Okay, add a regular Coke to my menu, drank throughout the day. That's 5 points, giving me a total of 25 points for today. I think my flex allowance is 24, so that's pretty close--if I stick to my menu, that is!

d--1 sweet n saucy meatball, tossed salad made with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, ff cheddar, and ff ranch
s--pistachio lush
