Had a coke on the way to work (approx. 5 -- will be my WPAs for the day)
Breakfast: boiled egg, banana
Lunch: salad with strawberries and balsamic vinaigrette dressing (counting as my oil), roasted chicken
Dinner: grilled chicken, broccoli, milk
Snack: SF jello
Water: minimum 4 bottles
I will be very proud of myself if I manage to pull this off without cheating!
Okay, add a regular Coke to my menu, drank throughout the day. That's 5 points, giving me a total of 25 points for today. I think my flex allowance is 24, so that's pretty close--if I stick to my menu, that is!

s--grapes (yep, i bought more.)
d--1 sweet n saucy meatball, tossed salad made with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, ff cheddar, and ff ranch
s--pistachio lush
B: Southwestern scrambled eggs
L: Uh, it was Starbucks soy latte with a piece of their fabulous marble pound cake (10 pts)
S: Almonds (4 pts)
D: shrimp stir fry with brown rice
