Hi! I'm new *waves*

I am 27 years old, and I have a baby who's almost 6 months old. Time to get back in shape!

Start: 201.6
Now: 197.4
Total: -4.2

It took me 8 long weeks to get that 4 lb loss. I was really getting ready to give in. The only reason I didn't quit was because I've done WW years ago and lost a lot of weight so I knew it worked if you just stuck to it.

This week I tried CORE - I was so scared to try it! I only did it half of the week - basically I was doing points, messed up YET AGAIN and was so upset and about to quit and thought you know what - why not give CORE a try? So I did it a few days to see what it was like. I liked it and lost 1.8 lbs for the week.

So today was my first day fully on the CORE plan and nothing else.
I feel full, not scared that I've done anything "wrong" and can't wait to see what th rest of the week brings!

You know I have been really struggling to lose these last few pounds after dropping so much on the Flex plan that I have been thinking about giving Core a try during the week as best I can and then do Flex on the weekend (we are so social that it would be realy hard for me to do Core on the weekend I think)

Hey, brokendownrage - I'm 27, too :c)

I would love to know what you guys menus look like.

Do you mind posting a few days for me? I am sorta confused about how core works. I'd love to see how you guys do it.

Thanks!

Erin

I just started core a few days ago. So far, so good. It forced me to get motivated and now there is no turning back!

Can you post one of your typical day's menus for me?

Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: tuna salad with veggies or soup and salad with FF dressing
Dinner: Veggies and a meat like skinless chicken breast or maybe fish
Snacks: Fruit, or something low in points like a WW 1 pt brownie (you still get your 35 flex points to use in a week)
