Default Newbie just starting out
I just wanted to say hello i am new to south beach and am excited to start i need to lose 80 lbs that is my goal. I was introduced to south beach by a coworker who started about a month and a half ago and looks really good so i am inspired by her. I hope to have much success with this as you guys have.

I am doing South Beach for the same exact reason! There are two girls at my work who have had AMAZING results and I was jealous every time I was around them and they were getting so much attention for having lost so much weight and looking so trim. I decided instead of being jealous and hating what I saw in the mirror, I'd join them and look fabulous, too!
