Dreamfield's or Barilla Plus are 3 pts per serving and they taste great. Hunts spaghetti sauce is l believe 0 points.

FYI on the Barilla Plus you get almost 1 1/2 cups worth of spaghetti and 1 1/2 cups of elbows for 3 points.

The lowest you will find is whole wheat (not wheat blend) and Barilla Plus.

However you can do Spaghetti Squash (makes strands like spaghetti) that is 0 points and people say it is a good substitute for pasta.

Most whole wheat pastas are also 3pts per serving. I can't tell any real difference in taste and my 9 years old will eat it if I put the sauce on before he sees it's brown  . If you crave pasta, but can't spare the points try spegetti squash. I fix mine like a baked spegetti and I've let several co workers try mine when I've taken it for lunch and they have all liked it. :D

I use a low carb pasta called Bella Vita. It is very high in fiber and protein. It is more dense and needs more cooking, but I like that it has only 2 points per serving.

Can you post the nutritional info...all low carbs I have seen are still 3 points (180-200 cal/0-1 fat/4-8 fiber). Remember there is a fiber cap at 4 grams.

I'm aware of the fiber cap.

Wow I have never seen 3/4 cup dry as a measurement. Doe 3/4 dry cook up to 1 1/2 cups? Most is 1/2 cup dry that cooks to 1 cup (or there abouts)?
