General Diet Plans and Questions - DASH Diet

Has anyone used the DASH diet (for high blood pressure)?

Hi, i did once and its a good one. i should do it again. but blood pressure is good now. good luck. LaDean

I'm doing the DASH diet again but I'm not doing it because of HBP but because I have Meniere'ss disease and when it flares up being on DASH helps control my disease.
