Monday - 30 minute walk... boy was it HOT!

Monday - after the walk, I went and jumped in the pool. I ran on the slope and swam some laps for 15 more minutes. :)

Monday--Walked 2 miles. Goal 10000 steps.

Monday... 18 minutes on treadmill, jogged for 4 minutes

Monday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

Tuesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 20 minutes treadmill.

Wednesday: 40 minute walk...about 1.75 miles.

Monday- 3 mile WATP
Tuesday- Walk and Kick(30 minutes,low-moderate pace), church workout(45 minutes cardio, hand weights, some leg work and abs).
Wednesday- 4 mile WATP Express

I forgot to post there:

Monday evening - 20 minutes wts

Tuesday--- 18 minutes on TM, 2 mile walk and 20 mintues of wts.

Wed---18 minutes on TM, 20 minutes of wts, short walk with the dog around the block.

Thursday--17 minutes on treadmill. Will do 30 mintues lower body workout tonight.

Thursday- 2 mile WATP and church workout this evening which will be around 45 minutes cardio, I may incorpate some strength training moves in that like squats and lunges. Then body sculpting.

Friday: 40 minutes walking

Friday- did Walk and Jog(30 minutes, equals a 2 1/2 mile walk), did 25 minutes body sculpting

Friday: Walked ran track for 40 minutes (over 5300 steps/over 2 1/2 miles).

Sunday- Don't know if I'll get around to exercising...
