Default Re Soynuts

Someone was asking about soynuts a few days ago. I just read in the current ph1 food list, they do not count as nuts, but as a meat substitute. This is what the list said:

Soy Nuts - 1/4 cup for a protein snack is suggested serving
<snip>

I don't know if you are limited in how many servings in a day.

thank you so much that was me asking! I didnt think it would count as nuts since if i eat soybeans i dont count it as a nut =)!! Then they closed it before anyone else could answer!!! So, thanx again! That makes more sense!!

Yes, it makes more sense to me, too, since it's a legume. Although, so are peanuts....ah, well!
