S-water, water, water and more water

L-2 whole wheat tortillas 4p
steak strips 4p
Onions ZERO

Diet rite ZERO

S-almonds 4

D-ok, I have a work dinner tonight and I have no idea what I'll be eating. I'll have 13 points to use.( 13 is my lucky number! ) I would like to get a salad with grilled chicken and veggies w/ a ff or low fat dressing...
we'll see what happens.

My menu so far today:

B-1 cup Cheerios & 1 cup FF milk - 4 pt

L-1/2 C FF Cottage Cheese - 1.5 pt
Tomato from garden = 0
2 slice WWheat bread - 2 pt
2 slice Wal Mart ham - 1 pt
diet cola -= 0 pt
lettuce leaf, slice tomato, mustard - 0 pt

D- 1 grilled pork chop - 5.5
1/2 cup Long grain & Wild rice a roni - 2 pt
1 cup broccoli & cauliflower - 0
1/2 Cup tropical fruit salad - 1 pt
1/2 Cup cooked yellow corn - 1
Salad with 1 Tbs light done right dressing - 1
12 oz FF Milk - 2.5

Snacks
1 LF ice cream bar - 2
a few mini choc chip cookies - 2
Nectarine - 1

Grand Total - 26 pts.
Target - 26 pts.
Earned 1 AP

All in all, a good OP day. :)

Thursday was BAD diet-wise....

B= skipped it

L= A carry-in at work... and the food choices were extremely limited.
I had:
1 fried chicken piece with the skin removed
a helping of my own buffalo chicken dip with fritos
1 small serving potato salad
a few graham cracker sticks with some fluffy dip
and a small piece of cake
Oh, and a can of Mountain Dew.

Now, I know that sounds like very bad food choices, but it's one of those situations where you have to try what your friends made.... :rolleyes and there were no veggie or fruit options.

S= Well, I was bad here by my own choice.
several squares of deluxe pizza
some fritos
some dip
and another Mountain Dew


All of that.... ugh. I'm only confessing it here so I'll be a little more motivated to get back on track.
