Our Goal thread did so good for a while. We are all so busy right now that we're not writing here. That's okay.

For Thursday---
I will drink all my water and exercise for at least 20 minutes.
I will get on the scales and cross my fingers & toes. ;)

Tina I love to have daily goals as well. I find if I write something down and have someone to account to, I will achieve my goal.

My goals for today are:

Drink lots of water, at least half my weight in ounces (done) I drank 160 oz today
Walk for 30 minutes (done)
Eat breakfast within one hour of waking up (done)
Not eat anything within two hours of going to bed (done)
All goals for today were achieved.

Hi everyone,

Jan, those sound like great goals for the day.

I can't drink all my water since I'm going to the dentist and don't want to be running to their restroom every 10 minutes. :D
I am going to stay within my point range.

I think daily goals are a really good idea. They make it onw day at a time and are easier than just saying that i'm gonna stay within my points and exercise all week, they're a great motivator. So my daily goal is to exercise for 20 mins, stay within my point range and not eat after 7:30 :)

Tina - you are so supportive to everyone, thank you. Well I achieved all of yesterdays goals.

Vanessa - I hope you were able to achieve your goals yesterday.

Todays goals are:

Drink lots of water, at least half my weight in ounces (done)
Walk for 30 minutes (done)
Eat breakfast within one hour of waking up (done)
Not eat anything within two hours of going to bed (done)
Take Multi-Vitamin (done)

Todays goals are pretty much the same, except today is my rest day, so no walking:

Drink lots of water, at least half my weight in ounces(done)
Eat breakfast within one hour of waking up (done)
Not eat anything within two hours of going to bed (done)
Take Multi-Vitamin (done)
Take Calcium supplement (done)
All goals for today were achieved.

I did not have time to post goals yesterday, so here are today's goals:

Drink lots of water, at least half my weight in ounces (done)
Walk for 32 minutes (done) Today it was raining so I popped in my Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile tape into the VCR and had a great workout
Eat breakfast within one hour of waking up (done)
Not eat anything within two hours of going to bed (done)
Take Multi-Vitamin (done)
Take Calcium supplement (done)

Hey All!

I love the posting your goal idea! I think it will help keep me in check. :o My goal for Sunday is to stay in my point range and take a walk. I also need to cut down on the diet cokes. :(

Good morning!

I have been very busy the last few days, with no for more than 5 minutes to sit at the computer . That only gives me time to update my food diary in the spreadsheet program. I have kept up with my daily goals.

Tina - I love water, I always have a water bottle close by and do not drink coffee. I have really cut back my consumption of Diet Coke. My goal is to cut it out completely. I have done it before I can do it again.

My goals for today are:

Drink lots of water, at least half my weight in ounces (done)
Walk for 32 minutes (I am increasing my aerobic exercises 2 minutes per week) (done)
Eat breakfast within one hour of waking up (done)
No Diet Cokes (I lasted until 4 pm,then I had to have one, tomorrow is another day):(
Not eat anything within two hours of going to bed (done)
Take Multi-Vitamin (done)
Take Calcium supplement (done)

Susan, please don't overdo while you feel crummy!

Jan, you are a busy person. Good luck on quitting the Diet Cokes. I don't want to give them up. :D

Tuesday goals---
Again, drink 8 glasses of water.
Exercise for at least 20 minutes.

I have really enjoyed writing my daily goals. They are really keeping me on track and motivated.

Tina - Giving up the Diet Cokes will be tough because I know I am addicted. They are part of my bad eating habits and they need to go.

Susan - I hope you're feeling better today.

My goals for today are:

Drink lots of water, at least half my weight in ounces (done)
Walk for 64 minutes (done)
Eat breakfast within one hour of waking up (done)
No Diet Cokes (Lasted until 5:40 pm today, getting better)
Not eat anything within two hours of going to bed (done)

Hello Tina (and everyone else who visits)

I am doing well. I have been so busy, I barely have time to breathe. My routine daily goals are going well, except I have not given up Diet Cokes. I feel its time to set some new goals. For now, I need to regroup and concentrate on exercise. I have not exercised in almost a week and my body can tell. I am lethargic and cranky.

My goals for today are:

Walk for at least 30 minutes
Stretch for 5 minutes

Yikes. I haven't posted any goals in ages and ages!!! After reading through the posts, one thing that I have started doing is taking a Vitamin everyday. I used to do that but got out of the habit.

I'm trying to eat healthier snacks (fruit, nuts, vegies).

I was actually a little worried last night so at 3am( I'm at work anyways) I walked for 20 minutes and thought I could do this every night but will I, will be the other question.

My husbands baseball banquet:cofdate: is this weekend, maybe I should drive then I won't bebale to drink that should help me stop from gaining this week. I really think I'm losing so far because I am taking weight smart 1 a day vitimins, it makes me feel to full.
