Hi, Chefmaker! Glad to see you posting.
WATER, WATER, WATER! Gotta get alot in this morning and hopefully alot out this afternoon before weigh in!

Breakfast - Grits & eggs
Lunch - Homemade veggie/beef soup & 1 pt garlic bread
WEIGH IN 6:00 pm
Supper - Cuban Hamburger (3pts) (grilled patty with slice of canadian bacon, real swiss cheese, roasted garlic mayo on 1 pt bun) LOTS of real fried frozen crinckle cut fries. (at least 10 pts)

I always hate to post that after weigh in meal, but I eat the same thing every week wheter I gain or lose. I firmly believe that this one meal is what keeps my body fooled into believing that I am not on a diet! That is also why the only points I tend to use during the week are an occasional 1 pt bun or light margarine.
