OK I just couldn't resist.
Our challenge for this week is to create our own personal, individualized goals. We are all working towards different things this week, and we all seem to need a little encouragement and extra support. So this week, what is your goal? What will you do to help you reach that goal?
I'll go ahead and post mine so that everyone can have an "outline" of sorts.
The purpose in creating a weekly challenge is to challenge ourselves, and not anyone else. If you post a goal for yourself, the other "chicks" will try to give you support and help you stay focused. We are all in this together, and want to encourage each other to reach our goals and be our personal best.

My personal goal this week is to reach the 180's on weigh-in day.
In order to reach my goal, I will do the following this week:
1) Attempt to drink at least 2 liters of water daily
2) Exercise at least 3 times for 20 minutes at a time
3) Stay within 15 wpas (Tues-Fri)

melissa, can i copy your challenge? it fits me to a tee.

2) Exercise at least 3 times for 20 minutes at a time
3) Stay within 15 wpas (Tues-Thurs)
i did change fri to thurs.

I'm going to shoot for two things: a Core menu and at least 6 bottles of water per day.

My goals must get to be so boring, always the same! I need to drink water! I will try to get at least one bottle in at work, one glass at lunch, and drink at least 4 big glasses when I get home.

Here's the scoop for today:
1) I think I got most of my water in
2) No exercise today
3) Ate too many wpas today! Will have to be more careful in the next few days

I have not drank a single glass of water, and I have been like you Melissa, STARVING. I don't know why I have been so hungry, but I feel like I could eat anything that wasn't moving. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

I was mostly Core (minor exception of a handful of Goldfish, a small donut, one Hershey's kiss) ... okay nevermind, I wasn't mostly Core. I did manage to eat two bananas though.
And I drank about 8 bottles of water. Two of them had the ruby red Crystal Lite in it so they were easy to get down.

Today I have done poorly again. This MFT is really getting me down.
1) Did pretty good with water. I didn't measure, but have drank a lot, including three really big glasses w/dinner.
2) Of course no exercise, I can hardly move I'm so tired. Will probably go for a super-short walk with DP later.
